Hi Jordan, love your content, I work for a start-up SMMA agency and I am struggling to sign up clients because almost all the businesses I've cold contacted already have people doing smma for them in house or signed up with other smma agencies. I have a question how do I deliver the service, for example for a hair salon do I go there and film there ads to run on Facebook.
Am trying to have a reschedule beyond my local region what do you think is the best way to approach
I am trying to start a smma I have a few people in mind ( family members ) who have company’s already . How would I have a talking point of finding them local customers with Facebook ads ? Do they just run local people or surrounding area . They have a roofing company it makes no sense to run a Facebook ad if they get leads from out of state and can’t fulfill or sign them. How do I tackle that on Facebook ads ?

Hey DJ, one thing I've learned with myself and from others is that yes, you can learn things for free, but when you invest money and time into a coaching service or a course that you believe contains value, you're more likely to get the results you desire. For instance, anyone can go to the library and read a bunch of business/sales books, but learning isn't the same as transforming. Hope this helps brother.

Had a quick question?What's your opinion on the pay per lead against agency model
Personally we only run Conversion campaigns for clients & do not do Lead Gen. However, my opinion on the Pay Per Lead model is that whilst it can be fruitful for you, it’s crucial that you confirm with the client the finer details of that agreement & for you must be comfortable with your clients sales process after a lead that you’ve generated lands with them. If they’re not closing well enough, you don’t get paid. So it’s a little more complex.
I wonder if it is possible that I can work together with a local, or not so local Digital Agency in order to get clients. But not digital, but by speaking to business owners?
When I go through my local town-centre, the general mood is soo depressing. And shops are run like in the 1980s. They just sit there, scared of getting customers - at the same time they blame the goverment. While not realising, they need to do way more promotion. And in the right way. If I sell solutions for a this problem while being connected to a good Digital Agency, not only ower Town-Centre might come back to life, but there is also a good money to earn.
