I do run ads in Nigeria, and I'd say this guy is right when he says prioritizing on reviews research etc, over charging or money. Today I've got a lot of brands that believe in my work or services. I could even later increase my charge cause they know my worth.
You might not believe how your advice in this video is so helpful for a person like me just learning Facebook ads to start my Agency. thanks you so much
Even though I've got a ditigal agency that's doing well, this video's been super helpful to help me realise how valuable my service is. I'm glad you've mentioned the service fees/ad spend rule as well as results over service fees when you're first starting out. You just got yourself a new sub Jordan, amazing work.
@@shrigadge09 Hi, there's no formula mate. Or if there's one, it's : hard work + transparency with the client (even when things go wrong, nobody's perfect) + communication + delivering results.
@Christophe Lourenço Hi Chris I have a question. Idk if you do pay per lead or not but if you do does your client pay for all the leads up front? Or pay leads every time you get them leads?
These are some great tips! I love helping clients figure out the sweet spot for their pricing. One of the biggest issues I see is business owners not re-evaluating their pricing on an annual basis to see if it needs to change. Great video!
I can't believe you picked my name 😁 Well, I just rarely win anything this way, but it's a cool feeling. As for these questions I got asked such all the time, so this video is quite useful!
Man, I was stumbled on this video of yours. Thank you coz this is one of my problem. I don't want to jump immediately on a high rate coz. I do not have an exp. Now I know what is the right thing to do 💌
This channel has been one of the most helpful channels in building my Agency. Please create a video for the e-commerce business. I work for e-commerce beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands and it's a gold mine. I just believe I undercharge. I'd appreciate your help
Isaac Ruble, who has a 7 figure mortgage broker agency says he usually charges a 1500$ retainer and a 1000$ on ad spend, he says anything under 3k total is an easy sale in this specific niche cause many of the brokers are funded when it comes this stuff by a third party and leads is really all they need, do you have any opinions on that?
4:13 the exact prospects and service I'm reaching out to. Not even a niche video, but my confidence in my own judgement really increased. Great video as always man.
Hi Jordan! This wa a great video! Can you do a video on the pricing for brick and mortar after 1-2months of getting them results - how to calculate and scale what is the new service free + ad spend + comission rate?
Hey Jordan nice content i relate to what you are talking as we went through same when we started our agency. but would like to know about ecommerce pricing
Hahahaha, this video is so funny because it comes to answer a problem I experienced today. I have been a Digital Marketing Consultant for 03 years and I charge $700 for Facebook Ads campaigns and $300 - $500 for RUclips Ads campaigns. And I never go below $500 for Facebook Ads campaigns. Today I was talking to a prospect who told me she had a $450 maximum budget. And since I'm about to open my agency soon, we couldn't come to an agreement, she told me she'd get back to me later, in a few months I guess. But with this video I realise that I can go below what I'm used to doing. And charge $500 with advertising expenses included. I'm going to apply this technique and see how it goes over the next week.
@@christinesarima4233 Thank you for asking. Today I have a Team with 03 full time people : one video content creator, a media buyer and a social media manager. Our Agency had made 70k$+ last year. This year we are going to have more than 100k$+, quitting soon our coworking space to a brand new office, actually our biggest client is a Bank (we have 15 banks in the country where I live). Actually I still charge around 500$ for paid media but with all of our services so one client can be worth 1 500$ - 3 000$
00:00 How much should clients pay for ads? 01:32 Value-based pricing is important for agency owners 02:55 Starting a new agency can be daunting, but understanding the value you can bring to local businesses can help overcome imposter syndrome. 04:27 Facebook ads can generate an eight times return on investment for businesses 05:58 Charging clients for ad services depends on various factors. 07:11 Prioritize testimonials, case studies, and results over money when starting an agency. 08:45 Charge ad spend equivalent to at least 100% of service charge 10:25 Minimum ad spend for e-commerce should be $1000/month Crafted by Merlin AI.
you mentioned that you should never charge more for the services than what the ad spend is, but you also said that they're the ones deciding the ad budget. So are you deciding the service charge after you find out their budget? Might be a stupid question but I'm super new to this. Thanks mate!
I just had a question on the difference between ad spend and service charges? What is the difference between them? Do the clients pay for ad spend or do I ?
I’ve actually been looking for this question to be answered for a while, thanks so much for the quality video! Looking to join the Affluent family in the near future!✨
Please makea video going in depth on e-commerce charging! I run ads exclusively for e-commerce clients and I do find myself struggling with pricing! ♥️♥️♥️
great video I totally agree but how do you say on a local business you want 500 for ads and 400 for service charges i believe on the small markets these are high-budget
I'm running FB-ads for 2 eCommerce clients and would love to hear your ideas about how to do pricing on them! I currently have a % model from revenue but because FB makes it difficult to track results accurately nowadays, my profits are getting worse
Hey mate, I've landed to your channels few weeks ago and I just needed it this video as I'm about start outreaching potential customer for my SMMA, great value content mate! when it comes to charge services for B2B in the supply chain industry, so one lead can turn into a ten thousands of dollars, do you apply the same rule for pricing ? cheer pal!
As usual, excellent value! Matching the service charge to the ad budget is especially important. I'd be interested in learning more about ROAS percent commissions for e-commerce. Continue to do fantastic work on the channel.
