Very nice!! How much did you spend on your smoker and do you recommend those smokers? If you don't mind me asking? I'm trying to get a shirley fab smoker but the time frame is like 2years to get one
Cedric M&R is way faster than 2 years. I do recommend the cookers but id recommend an additional workspace table instead of grill and butane burner. I dont really use those parts of my pit. It was about $8k. But that was 2 years. May be higher. The base model price is on their website though
Patience! in cooking and vending. it doesn't happen over night, but be patient and more importantly be consistent. if you aren't going to vend everyday, make sure its easy for ppl to remember when and where you will be. for instance I vend every first sunday at 11. period. that's easy to remember. for cooking, I got a video on fire management, but for a few pointers just keep it simple to start out. use just 1 type of wood, find a temp that you can maintain and try to get consistent cooks on any protein you put in the cook chamber, once you get that down and know your smoker, start experimenting with flavor profiles, mixing woods, etc. good luck!
Nice video. For someone having their own bbq business where do you buy food for your business I know ppl don't go to the grocery store how do you buy all the meat for the business? Thanks
Ola any good welder can make you one or you can do it im getting ideas from him on my build. Harbor freight wire feed get the highest output wirefeed put a bottle of gas on there that will make it burn hotter and clean get a chop saw. So ya I liked video also. Good luck. Glory to God
I did upgrade and definitely glad I did. The 1/2 in box helps to retain heat and it offers added protection for the Warmer Box right above it. There is a gap between those two boxes but that extra thickness helps direct heat towards the cook chamber (which is where I want it) and not up and out of the firebox.
Hello! I'm from Ukraine. can I ask you about the size of the smoker? I want to make one too but no sizes. what is the width? length? height? smokers and fire boxing. thanks in advance! help us very much ...
Preciate the tip. I'll look up some vids. I have had the mod done for over a year and in the dozen or so times I have heated up the water, I haven't had issues with the water piping BUT the rubber on the handles connected to the piping sit close to the flame and started to heat up pretty good. I caught it in time, but I got lucky. I will check out putting flame barrier on the mistress
I got mine built in Jacksonville, not sure he still makes up. But if you Google custom built bbq trailers you will get a list of anyone in your area. Texas, GA, and FL all have a lot of pit builders. Let me know where you stay n i might know of some in your state.
@@TREmendousQue appreciate the reply bro. Just got put on the waiting list with shirley fabrication out of Tuscaloosa Alabama. Im pretty sure you heard of them.
imaginat stair step it. whatever you think you need, just go the next size up. this way you be covered down for the foods you plan and the bigger cooks you didnt see coming lol then when you starting thinkin bigger again... boom! you got a trailer pit hahaha ijs
TREmendous Que I built me a 30" x 7' cooker and some times put 1 or 2 racks of ribs lol. Im building a vertical smoker just for smoking turkeys. This is a nice trailer.
Nah, it'd take hurricane force winds! The firebox door is 1/2 thick steel and the rest of the cooker is 1/4 inch thick. Only "unintended movement" i have noticed is the cooker doors if i dont have the cooker level. They may swing open or closed moreso than i want if its not level
TREmendous Que thats what i meant, on cooker doors. Im trying to do mine like that but i dont want to be burning my elbows once i get the doors opened and start swinging side to side.
That is TREmendous!!! Thanks for the video, I am surprised there is not a spark ignitor on that fire box!
That is intense!
Yea. I do have to use a match or light stick, thatd actually be a good add-on
Nice one! That looks like a cool BBQ rig. Thanks for the great video.
No prob!
Wow! 31k is awesome. And you still smokin’ Yassss! I say way to slay the BBQ. 😘
Ola brother good job on your video. I’ve been a welder my whole life. Im old and sore im making a smoker and will use your wisdom. Glory to God
Take your time brother, enjoy it and pay attn to the little things! Send me a pic when you're done on IG or Facebook
Great review! That is a sick rig.

markspc1 thanks... I was trying to knock my current AND future needs lol. I almost got it right
your smoker is like CNC machine, I mean, a lot of settings , and I like that, must be fine tuning :)
Good job and keep share the videos.
preciate it!

Man that trailer ain't playin'. that's a serious cooker. NICE
Kevin Ashby she is def a convo starter at competitions... preciate it!
bomb ass cooker. great video.
Nice setup!
when you use the warmer box as a cooker you should close the damper on one of the grill stacks to push more smoke into the warmer box.
tru
Great Videos, very nice set up.

Happy Founders Day Nupe
That’s a bad ass smoker 💨
preciate it, i'm a afan too lol
Did you upgrade to a 1/2 inch firebox or is that standard?

TREmendous Que awesome. Thanks for the advice.
Where did you buy this smoker?
New south Smokers, right outside of Jacksonville , FL
It has been a while since you posted anything. Do you have sum-n planned for the near future?
Just back off a year deployment! Definitely have some content to upload, stay tuned Phi!

72"Lx22"Wx22"D Good Luck!
You need to put a flame barrier around your hot water tank propane heater, why? The flames got pretty close to the rubber/plastic water pipe
Preciate the tip. I'll look up some vids. Get you a grey tank from an RV parts store and have it mounted under your sink. That would take care of your water drain issues.
Hadnt thouhgt of that... thats a good idea. I want to get it repainted and may take care of that at the same time. preciate it.
Great video 👍
William Big Man thanks!
Did you build this smoker?
I designed it from a base model that I found from M&R Trailers. A local pit builder from Florida right outside of Jacksonville.
Hey bro, where can I get one of these?
I got mine built in Jacksonville, not sure he still makes up. But if you Google custom built bbq trailers you will get a list of anyone in your area. Texas, GA, and FL all have a lot of pit builders. Let me know where you stay n i might know of some in your state.

Excellent Review!

No problem, thank you. Now if only could save enough to get one like yours. My neighborhood would feel my wrath. lol J/k

Are the doors slamming under heavy winds?
Nah, it'd take hurricane force winds! The firebox door is 1/2 thick steel and the rest of the cooker is 1/4 inch thick. Only "unintended movement" i have noticed is the cooker doors if i dont have the cooker level. They may swing open or closed moreso than i want if its not level

Kool, glad I could help. let me know how it turns out!

Hi I need one of this grill where can I find 1
Hey, I picked mine up from M&R Trailers just west of Jacksonville, FL. Pitmaker out of Houston, Texas makes box cookers too.
🤠🤝
Verry nice smoker
Thanks!
@@TREmendousQue hey bro! Where can I find a box smoker like yours? Are they still available wherever you got your from?
From someone who used to work with gas. The gas assist is really poorly designed!
How much for a set up like this ?
send me a DM on Instagram @TREmendous_Que
How much did it cost
muy bueno.
jose luis Satizabal gracias
Ахуенный смокер БРО!!!
Google says that means Awesome Smoker Bro! Lol 😆 thanks brother!
Something about lighting your firebox could be safer..
Not sure what you mean boss, gas assists are pretty common though.
@@TREmendousQue na dude just the big puff of flames. Maybe a ignition switch or something. Just don’t want you to get burned bro
Oh I see what you mean. Yea, I make i don't wait too long to light. Avoid those fume build-ups like you said
nice but to much gas assistance
hey big bro am still watching u guys great work, can u pls hook me up an 1 of these babe hear please????am in uk🤔❤
Why would you burn all that wood ???? SMH
Seasoning the pit. Getting that good burn. Its well built and it took all that heat to get it seasoned real well
nice but to much gas assistance
Jerome W preciate man, the gas assist is adjustable. i had it at just about half way for the purposes of the vid and to show how it worked
