@SpiderGrills --- I know you are just getting started with the informationals, but I would like to see a video on "venting." This grill looks fantastic, and I can't wait until mine shows up.
additionally descriptions and features of products are lacking on the website. i had to watch a video to figure out how many probes are supported for the venom. Rooting for you guys!
Thank u for the great video and nibbling at the bait and so close taking a big bite. One or 2 more videos and one reviewer take on it I'm swallowing the bait whole!
I would like some information on the top and bottom damper setup, and how that would work without the venom being used. A demonstration of controlling airflow with top and bottom dampers would be nice.
Looks good, it will be nice to see some different cooks on it i.e. burgers, chicken, St Louis ribs brisket, Dino ribs and maybe pork belly. Would also like to see some live fire cooks. Keep up the good work!
@@SpiderGrills Had another question for you already pre-ordered my huntsman :D was wondering can we use the huntsman with the lid open like if we put a griddle plate on it?
I just realized that there may be potential to use the door for a pizza oven. Also, the door adds the ability to have some really good airflow for straight up non electric no lid grilling (I'm thinking burgers as indont like to "bake" them)
How well is this hunk of metal 'insulated?' Similar to a Weber double wall aluminum or more like a Kamado Joe? I'm only referencing kamado's I guess but I know there are other charcoal steel grills you could possibly reference as well...
I have a question. How is it cooking in the rain? The Huntsman would be replacing my Weber kettle, which is my rain cooker. Is it better not to use the venom in the rain? I don’t mind running without the venom.
I love your enthusiasm and the product you make. With that said, if you want help with how to market this more effectively feel free to reply to this comment.

Everything looks great except for the Venom temperature controller. You can't have the fan inside the ash can. It will drill ashes everywhere especially with higher temperatures. The harder fan works, the more ashes in your food.
@@SpiderGrills Main purpose of a temp controller is to allow you to leave the unit unattended for extended amount of time, maybe 5-12 hours. Totally impractical having to empty the ash can every hour. Not being critical by any means. Product looks great other than the Venom attachment. Would likely order one but will not be using the built in temp controller. Probably a good idea to offer a version with a regular as can without the temp controller. Or offer the temp controller as an option/add-on etc.

Will the slow and sear work with this or does the venom have a new trick for long cooks with charcoal?

Can one use it manually, without the electronics? Just using bottom and top vents like a traditional kamado
