I tried that and it was more per game for me. The sensitivity for the game needed to be dialed in. But over all I would say it was pretty close to a first party controller. In General, it stopped when I stopped. So no over shooting for the camera.

The rapid fire is an auto clicker. When you press the button, it will act as if you are hitting the left mouse button really fast. You can customize how fast and the delay in the redragon software that you can download for the mouse.

The Predator has a Optical Pixart P3104 and on the pixart site says 45 IPS. now the cobra m711 has more dpi of 10k but less buttons by 4. the m612 has 8k dpi and is 5 grams lighter. plus that rapid fire button. sooooooo depends on what you want to do lol

I was looking through m711 cobra, g102 prodigy and deathadder essential but i saw there was long term issue in g102 prodigy about double clicking. Deathadder essential and g102 prodigy is little expensive than cobra.
I have used the death adder essential and the death adder v2. It is just as good of a feeling, the response I felt was better, and you get the extra button for a rapid fire or macro.
That is a skill that I have never been able to do. I can never seem to get it to work. What I can tell you that the texture is pretty smooth on it. So there's not much for grip for the drag click. But you can however set up a macro and set the milliseconds between them to be as small as you want it to be all the way down to one millisecond

Yes the mouse will work. The software cannot be installed. So all the baked in settings will still work.
