    Tip: if you're a vegetarian save all your scraps in a bag in your freezer. When the bag fills up add it tall to a pot and add water and boil for at least half hour-
    - 2 hrs , salt it to taste - vwuala home made veggie stock. And its delicious.

    Made this 2nite for a few NON vegans. Added a ton of Bok Choy, cabbage and shrooms. EVERYONE LOVED IT and said it was better than anything they'd ever got at a Chinese Restaurant! EXCELLENT! (I added noodles also)

    I just made this recipe tonight for a quick dinner and I absolutely loved it! I added my own twist on the veggies and some spices but this was an excellent recipe for a vegan beginner😍💚

    Like to bake my tofu first for an hour at 350. Gives it a little bit of a crunch on the outside.

      Why light an oven when you can coat tofu in cornflour and fry till browned all over . This is what I do if I make sweet and sour stir fry .

    Thank you for sharing the recipe! I saw it yesterday, got the necessary stuff and today we had it for lunch. The only modification I made, is that I used some thick salad instead of Bok Choy - the store didn't have any of the Bok this time. Turned out yuumy, thanks!

      I did, it was good, better with some extra spices.
