For anyone wondering. Limit breaks in ff8 use a hidden crisis meter to affect the limit breaks that can show up. This setup with petrify blind poison silence is janky and silly and not necessary at all. Due to the way her 1/256 table for rolling the end works, as long as Selphie is not between level 40 and 79 she can roll the end at any time. Simply bringing level 8 Selphie below 11%hp and casing Aura on her will maximize her crisis level and net you the maximum 1/256 chance of the end showing up. Her ideal level for actually casting the end is 81 as the chance switches to 4.01/256 (1/63.6)due to a rounding glitch.

All the info I posted about Selphie has been found over the decades by some extremely brilliant people using Keyaku, and we have reasonably accurate grasp of what’s under the hood. Sadly the original source code has been lost forever, so we will never know everything with 100% certainty.

Because it _literally_ sends Enemies to "The End" like the _last scene of the game_ if you remember the flower field.😉 haha, imagine seeing all the enemies there if Squall meets Rinoa there in the ending.😅
Brings to my mind a casino version of Dissidia all of final fantasy’s gamblers in an ultimate tournament of luck. I’d play it if the money gambled wasn’t real.

Rapture only works on most basic enemies. Some like Tonberry, Cactuar, and boss units are not effected. The End kills anything that it effects. The End is a difficult move to get and is based upon your critical status. If Selphie is at low health and impacted by various status effects. The chance of the end is increased. The End is also increased when you get strange vision for the first time. The End can be used even against the final boss. (Granted you'd have to use it 7 times during the fight against Ultimecia and all her forms. normal, grevier, junctioned 4 times in her final form.)
Travis Gibbons the chances are pretty good if you have her below 10 percent hp with aura on that will put her in crisis level 4 and make getting the end pretty quickly
