The irreplaceable Harry Carey will never be forgotten. He was totally devoted to the Chicago Cubs. My late Godfather and Harry were Cubs fanatics. Every game my Godfather would watch. Every now and then he would even go to the game. I miss both of them a lot.

Harry was as much an institution to the Cubs as Ernie Banks, Tinker, Evers, Chance, Santo, and Sandberg were.
