Thank you for sharing!
aww that means a lot! Thank u too, your comment warms my heart ❤
you should never let a hotel keep your passport! it's risky and unwarranted! tell them to taka copy of it instead.
i have to agree, maybe im just used to Vietnamese people that's why i trust them to keep it. but no matter what, i should have my passport with me at all times, thanks the reminder!
It's a government's regulation and not a hotel's policy. In a communist country, the government always wants to know who lives where and for how long. If the hotel don't do this and they randomly got inspected by the police and they could get in serious trouble. I'm surprise you guys are not aware of that.
32 for D1 hotel is good price, a bit small though
Awesome video 🔥🔥❤️ Thanks for sharing 😊
Heyyy there u are again! Thanks kushal 💛💚
Gosh, allowing the hotel to keep your passport during the duration of your stay seems risky. Granted, you only stayed 24 hours but I wouldn't feel comfortable letting such an important document out of my sight. If it accidentally gets 'misplaced', I would be in a world of headache...
i agree! Maybe i was trusting too much since i live here in Vietnam. But definitely i keep my guard next time 🙂
@@enafrancia Ahhh that explains why you weren't too worried about handing your passport over to the hotel staff.
I live in the US. If I was asked to hand over my passport in order to book a room in a hotel when traveling back to VN, I would probably find a different place to sleep in b/c I want to be able to return to the US 😅
Hi ena francia!!! I wanted to comment and let you know that I love your videos so much! I’m planning on visiting pretty soon, and your videos have been so helpful and fun to watch because of your personality and editing style! Please keep posting more!! ❤
Yeeeyy! It's my pleasure Serena! Glad to help always. Thanks for appreciating the videos 📹 ☺ will keep posting! ☺🥰
i found this hotel because of your last video with your friend. booked already and will be staying there soon😄
Whoooaa! When are u visiting Vietnam? That's great news! 🙂
@@enafrancia this saturday na po😁
Hi Ena! Great content! Btw, do u have other cheaper options for a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh? Thanks♥️
Lovely Ena, very nice to see your video every time. Nice room with funny words on the bathroom’s door 😁. Some hotels have someone to take you to the rooms, some don’t unless you ask, even in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Europe. I don’t know the rule though. The bed-runner is for decoration, also keep the bed clean when most people would jump on the bed with shoes on or put their belongings (keys, handbags, foods…) on the bed when first coming into the room.
Do you think the price is okay for this hotel? 🤔 okay got it bed-runner hehe i just toss that away as soon as i get into any hotel room hehe, now i knoe its purpose 🧡
@@enafrancia the price is not bad, some hotels provide free breakfast buffet with that price. Try Sunrise Central hotel on Lý Tự Trọng st close to Bến Thành market 🙂
@@enafranciafrom what I’ve heard it’s also for the people who want to keep their feet warm while they sleep (especially if the room is cold and the person doesn’t wear socks to sleep)
hi friend. that hotel was not far from the sunrise central hotel.
I have stayed at sunrise and gk central. gk is also near by.
Ohhh how is it compared here in Sanouva Hotel? 😏
@@enafrancia look pretty similar. can’t go wrong with each of them for the price. in this case, I think you get what you pay for.
hello~ what’s that breathy and chill song you used in the intro please? id like to listen to it 🥺
It's cheaper for better quality than the hotels 25 yrs ago.
Love your video , what camera you used for filming ?
Heyyy for this video i use the DJI Pocket 2, still figuring the settings though. 😀
Thank youu for sharing 🥰 I miss HCMC , my last visit in 2016 …it’s been so long…
Hi. I will attend a conference in ho chi Minh and I am looking for a cheap accomodation near the capella gallery where the conference will be held. Please give me suggestions. Thank you
@ 4:36 That thing is protect the bed sheet from dirt. Some people put the suit case on the bed when they unpack. The suit case has wheels and they have dirt from rolling around on the ground. I'm very surprise that you don't know the purpose for this.
yayyyy thanks for telling me, i rarely book a hotel, that's why i'm sort of ignorant about it, hehe my bad.... thanks again
@@enafrancia The hotel guest would put this sheet away after they unpacked their suit case on it and they would have a clean bed for the night.
Hello! I've been watching all your Vietnam videos the past week since I will be traveling solo next month. I just want to ask if Paradise Saigon a good hotel? It is also in District 1 so I just wanted your thoughts on it. Thank you :)
Do you have vlog about Da Nang, Vietnam? Planning to visit there soon! Thank you.
i don't have yet but I've been there once, you might want to check Hoi An vlog, that is like beside Da Nang, 20-30min drive away, highly recommended!
Hello po, what if we are just visiting someone from Vietnam and she's willing to let us stay at her place, would it be a problem if the immigration asks about our accommodation? (We are first-time travelers)
Good video! Thanks
do you pay upfront or pay at counter? and how far you book ahead?
🥰🥰🥰🥰
thanks for the info
Not bad for 3star hotel, I had worst that were rated 3 stars
Hahaha in Ho Chi Minh City also?
you got me there, it was in vung tau, my 3 star hotel was like 2-star, the bathroom was bad.
won't even consider if need to surrender my passport😓

I'm in a four-star in District 1 currently. Not that much different!
how much is it compared to this 3-star hotel? 🤔
@@enafrancia A bit less than $80/night USD, but booked months ago! Rates have gone up as tourism returns! This room now, on Agoda, $110.
Hi, would like to ask is zoom and google work in hcmc? travelling there and I have work to do so I hope they work. Thank you
