Unblocking your coffee machine every 3-4 months will keep it in great working order, or it can be used to remove a blockage if you have no water flow from your machine. The 5 easy steps to unblocking are the following:
1. Finding the unblocking tool
2. Preparing your machine
3. Unblocking the injector
4. Rinsing the injector
5. Poping in a pod

Fabulous information! After a week of no Dolce Gusto, I found this video and hey presto, it works!! The comments from others also helped, as needed to try and clear several times. Have one in the barn, which I'll now locate and use this fixing method. So excited🎉 to have delicious coffee available again! Thank you.
still not working despite several attempts following all steps
Needed to do this after just 5 times of using from new. This seems like a major design flaw. My machine is the Doce Custo colour so you have to remove the capsuel holder and clean is with the tiny metal clip.
What a fabulous design! Couldnt access the nozzle without turning the machine upside down and then when i poked the nozzle burning water shot into my face, really hurts! Thanks Nescafe

Thank you 😊 the Mrs was literally throwing ours away! I yelled 'NO WAIT' ..we haven't checked You Tube! . That pin though who'd of thought 🤷♂️. I saw it before but assumed it was attached to a pressure switch or something to tell it the water holder was in place.
I had to do it twice, there was me thinking well I might as well buy a new one, tried it once more and it worked!

I dismantled whole coffee machine removed every pipe assembled again and did not work again... Because I did not what is little pin for📍📍😂.... Just cleaned the needle and problem is fixed. Thank you so much Dolce Gusto ☕☕

that pin is what made my new dolce gusto work. it was dead before i cleaned it with the needle. how can that happen with the new machine? and why it is not written in the first instructions sheet??
This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
Wow it really helped. Dint knew there was a pin der and I was above to throw the machine but this saved it. It works just follow the instructions in the video.

You recommend descalling the machine when nothing is coming out (air locked system) while your descaling procedure literally causes the airlock! I also still have not found a descaling procesude that is correct or even seems to understand the machines. For example “the machine will rinse until the reservoir is empty” but the machine doesn’t even have a liquid sensor for the reservoir!😂
So exciting to find a hidden pin 🤣
