People need to understand that multiple sclerosis is extremely complicated, some people walk around and you never know that visually they have anything wrong with them, but then there's people like the woman my mother-in-law lived with, she wasn't just in a wheelchair, she was on a permanent Electric Mobility bed type device it was a weird down lay down kind of wheelchair butt bed type thing.... she had MS diagnosed in 2017, the year after I was diagnosed and she's in worse shape than me and has been for at least 4 years since she was living in that Assisted Living house. What may work for me, would never work for steve, and might only partially work on that other person over there... there is unfortunately no definitive reason, Put Steve here has done an enormous amount of research, and he's not going to steer you wrong you will give you the best advice of what he believes will work and the only thing you can do is try it. If it works more power to you if it doesn't work don't get mad at him because everybody is different. I'm sorry that it's so long, I use speech to text and reply to get super long and they make me look really dumb because speech-to-text is just a pile of garbage sometimes
Thank you Steve! Keep up the great work. One day you’ll look back at the chapter in your life of MS and smile. We’re all with you. You got this and we believe in you!
Keep up the great work. Well I'm not in the exact same boat I am suffering from a neurological yet to be diagnosed problem so I find videos with the amount of n = 1 research to be very helpful. My next set of labs I will ask them to add those and see where they rate. Thank you stay strong.
Hey Steve! Firstly, I feel tremendously gratitude for the path towards remyelination that you have laid out. I am now doing many of the elements. Clemastine on the way, a rowing machine as soon as I can get one, and direct sunlight until I can afford the UVB lamp. I am now taking the Nascent Iodine but wondering, from. a comment you wrote somewhere, if I should be taking it with multivitamins. I do currently take it around the same time as Vit B complex, Vit D and Calcium/ Magnesium. Can these do the job if the multivitamins are required?
I've been taking 3-4 drops of Lugol's 2% iodine solution for years, and have never had a problem. When I don't take it, my eyesight suffers noticeably. Most people are iodine deficient, and why the US government fortified salt with iodine - iodized salt. Until 1980, iodine was added bread, but they later replaced it with toxic bromide. I can't think of two better, more important supplements everyone should take than Iodine and Cod Liver Oil.
Hey Steve, appreciate the videos. I’m not sure how I have never stumbled upon these before 🤷♂️ Just for reference what type of MS do you have and how long have you been supplementing nascent iodine ? And at what dosage did you start out ?
"Thank you Steve" I waited up for this as a reply to my earlier Email to you, again, thank yo so much 😊 I'm ordering a bottle tomorrow, how many ounces of water to how many drops of nascent. I take it still daily a couple hours after breakfast ?? Just trying to get it right like you, I am forever grateful for all the time and effort you are putting in.
I bought some Lugol's iodine recently after watching Dr Ken Berry's videos.... I'll see if i can get some of the nascent stuff now.... How do you take it, how much and how often? Thanks Steve! 😘🙏🏻
Hi Steve. Great video as always! I were just wondering when you first started taking lions mane did you get any side effects like nausea or dizziness? If yes did thise subside after taking it awhile? Thank you
@@ellie698 Thank you Ellie. I am on sertraline 100mg in the mornings and took the lions mane with it then so maybe it interacted. I've not tried it since but maybe I good idea to try it at a different time 🙂 thank you

I haven’t used or heard much about moringa. I exceed all of my essential nutrients, so I see it as just another product that costs money without much benefit. I feel confident in my current diet, and I’m skeptical about the effectiveness of supplements like that.
Nope, no side effects. They inject a ton of Benadryl to prevent an allergic reaction. So I get a little tired while the infusion is going on. But it's not enough to fall asleep.
This disease is cruel, I'm praying for all of our recovery. May God bless us all.

I do take a multivitamin, but it's so low on my priorities list it doesn't even register when I'm thinking about making a new video.

Try Nacient Iodine. Better absorbed by the body.

I have Relapsing-Remitting. I'm fairly recent supplement of Nacient Iodine, I was taking Lugol's for years, but Nacient is far and away better

The bottle I use that I show in the video is 3 drops. Depending on the brand you buy, it might be different.
Three drops nascent to how many ounces of water (if any water is used ?)@@SteveSolvesMS
