    People need to understand that multiple sclerosis is extremely complicated, some people walk around and you never know that visually they have anything wrong with them, but then there's people like the woman my mother-in-law lived with, she wasn't just in a wheelchair, she was on a permanent Electric Mobility bed type device it was a weird down lay down kind of wheelchair butt bed type thing.... she had MS diagnosed in 2017, the year after I was diagnosed and she's in worse shape than me and has been for at least 4 years since she was living in that Assisted Living house.
    What may work for me, would never work for steve, and might only partially work on that other person over there... there is unfortunately no definitive reason,
    Put Steve here has done an enormous amount of research, and he's not going to steer you wrong you will give you the best advice of what he believes will work and the only thing you can do is try it. If it works more power to you if it doesn't work don't get mad at him because everybody is different.
    I'm sorry that it's so long, I use speech to text and reply to get super long and they make me look really dumb because speech-to-text is just a pile of garbage sometimes

    Keep up the great work. Well I'm not in the exact same boat I am suffering from a neurological yet to be diagnosed problem so I find videos with the amount of n = 1 research to be very helpful. My next set of labs I will ask them to add those and see where they rate. Thank you stay strong.

    Hey Steve! Firstly, I feel tremendously gratitude for the path towards remyelination that you have laid out. I am now doing many of the elements. Clemastine on the way, a rowing machine as soon as I can get one, and direct sunlight until I can afford the UVB lamp. I am now taking the Nascent Iodine but wondering, from. a comment you wrote somewhere, if I should be taking it with multivitamins. I do currently take it around the same time as Vit B complex, Vit D and Calcium/ Magnesium. Can these do the job if the multivitamins are required?

    • @SteveSolvesMS
      @SteveSolvesMS  3 месяца назад +1

      I do take a multivitamin, but it's so low on my priorities list it doesn't even register when I'm thinking about making a new video.

    I've been taking 3-4 drops of Lugol's 2% iodine solution for years, and have never had a problem. When I don't take it, my eyesight suffers noticeably. Most people are iodine deficient, and why the US government fortified salt with iodine - iodized salt. Until 1980, iodine was added bread, but they later replaced it with toxic bromide. I can't think of two better, more important supplements everyone should take than Iodine and Cod Liver Oil.

      I haven’t used or heard much about moringa. I exceed all of my essential nutrients, so I see it as just another product that costs money without much benefit. I feel confident in my current diet, and I’m skeptical about the effectiveness of supplements like that.
