Hi! Hope you are having a good evening! 💙🌿🌠 That soup was brilliant! It looked so easy but still so tasy! ❤ I am gonna try to put coconut milk in my soups too! What an excellent idea! It's almost completely autumn again so soups and stew season is ahead! During autmn and winter i am planning on making lots of warming foods, like soups and stews. This recipe definitely inspired me in my autumn and winter cooking adventure! Do you know the difference between risoni pasta and orzo pasta? Is it the same? Wish you the best, from Sweden! 🫒🥬🥦🧄
Thanks for the comment! Risoni and orzo are basically twins-both are tiny, rice-shaped pasta. “Risoni” is just a bit bigger and is often used in Italian dishes, while “orzo” is slightly smaller and popular in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking. Honestly, they’re pretty much interchangeable in recipes, so whether you grab risoni or orzo, you’ll get the same great taste and texture.
