It's time for you two to take over an appliance company. You seem to understand what works and is important to the end users.

Have kitchen aid currently and more than pleased with performance since 2011!! When it’s time to change, will look LG’s way; not a fan of Samsung or GE, but if can handle more financially will look at Miele; also, if kitchen aid updates tech, will lean there first 😊

    Thanks for good information😊
Here in Norway we dont get GE, and we dont get LG ovens and such.
Planning new kitchen now and what do you think of Siemens appliances vs bosch?
Also considering AEG or Electrolux, or should i avoid them?
    Thanks for the help 👍

Siemens and Bosch are the same company...AEG and Electrolux are different in Europe. I would first ask what you like and what appliances do you want

@@YaleAppliance1okay👍 thinking a 90cm induction cooktop from Siemens, 2 wall ovens(one witch combination with microwave)either Siemens or little bit less expensive Electrolux.
Combi fridge/freezer maybe AEG or Electrolux, and the same with dishwasher. Hard to find good reports on appliances here in Europe.
      What do you think? 🙂

I bought a house in 2020 and chose a Samsung kitchen package. I will never buy Samsung appliances again. The only item that still works normally today is the range. This year I bought a house and chose LG for everything except a Miele dishwasher. 5mo in and so far so good. The Samsung dishwasher didn’t make it this far so I have high hopes. Thank you for the comparisons; I initially wanted a KitchenAid package.

Were you going off their old style of ranges? They have changed a lot of their front control ranges. They are very boxy and European looking. Their top end slide in has push to open.
I sell Samsung and I will say they change so much it’s hard to know what to stock and just as your learn everything they go and change everything.

I have seen a number of reviews on LG refrigerators that say their refrigerators are not reliable. I’ve seen a number of your videos which say that LG is one 0f the most reliable brands you sell. My question is are their refrigerators as reliable when compared to GE Profile or Frigidaire Gallery series of the Frigidaire Professional models?

    • @YaleAppliance1

No French door refrigerator with a dispenser is reliable. That said, LG is more reliable than most

@@YaleAppliance1 …Thank you for reply. You mention a French door refrigerator with dispenser. In your opinion, is a refrigerator without a dispenser that you would recommend as being reliable, or do you feel that LG is the “most” reliable when it comes to any refrigerator?

We do replace compressors on LG refrigerators almost every week. And we have a couple of compressors in stock, as any other experienced appliance repair company. With that being said, we don`t know the exact statistics on refrigerator sales, it`s possible that there are more LGs in our area than other brands. If you have 10,000 LG refrigerators and 500 Whirlpools, LG would require service more often, it`s just math.
But LG honors their 10-year compressor warranty. From years 1 to 5 from the date of purchase you don`t pay a dime for any sealed system issue, in years 5-10 you pay for the labor but components are free.
Frigidaire has been suffering from worsening quality control in recent years. Sometimes even electrical connectors are not inserted all the way in.

Because they don't fix anything....They outsource service. In other cases, they look at amount of repairs instead of repair percentages. To say LG has more repairs, for example, they also sell way more than most. Ditto with Samsung.

The minute you mentioned a Samsung appliance, you lost all credibility. The consumer has experienced the poor quality and many impossible repairs due to parts. Two experienced repairmen would not touch Samsung repairs. It’s a never for me. BYW - IMO not comparable to Apple devices and technology.
