    This is exactly why I bought a clapped out old style db30 for my 212 swap! I had enough room for an adjustable billet mounting plate too!

      When he took the governor out, he forgot to get the bottom washer that is always hidden.

    Did the same thing but with the stage 1 kit and drilled the carb

      Dont need to drill the jet.
      The Stage 1 comes with a bigger jet.

    What clutch and chain y'all went with? I'm doing my swap coming up. I just bought my motor yesterday. I'm just trying to get everything in order

      I did my swap already and had my fun on that mini bike but I also busted my ass trying to ride it drunk lol yes I know it was stupid of me and I didn't get hurt and didn't mess the bike up. That mini bike rides to rough for me so I got a bigger bike with a bigger seat

      I love my bigger one. That little one was awesome and faster from the jump but it suck for bumps on the road. My bigger mini bike is a lot quicker since I put a torque converter on it.

    Why didn’t u guys take off the cover for the exhaust rather than putting it to the side

    • @dkendrick652
      @dkendrick652 5 лет назад

      Touching exhaust with cover = 1st degree burn, touching exhaust w/o cover = 3rd degree burn.

    Probably wouldn’t have too much fuel if you had a header

      Thanks. They look different than mine. They look taller and chrome. Most I see are black.

    BRUH, there’s a washer behind the governor gear that’s loose in there that I didn’t see you guys remove. And also when at full throttle that governor ARM could swing out and hit the piston rod and demolish your internals. Lmao wtf are these guys doing

      Its a 99$ engine chill out

    • @johnnyrocket6588

      Well I agree with the washer part, but that arm won’t swing out. It won’t travel that far, plus the throttle linkage doesn’t have enough travel to let the arm swing out. Chill my dude
