You are spot on . I do Disagree with you on the traffic aspect it just simply not that bad. The new on/off ramps to 96 off of Latson Road alleviate a lot of problems.

I’d have to agree. I’d say it’s a very underrated place in Michigan.

Very informative video. I'm looking to relocate out of Chicago - University of Chicago community to Michigan. My mom was from Michigan. Mom was a fun gal. What was your experience with Clearly University? I come from very academic family - both grandfathers were high level professors, one started a very successful all boys school outside of Detroit - Detroit Country Day School featured in the movie "Dead Poets Society". That said, I'm try to flee Woke PC real bad Lib Leftists that seem to dominate most colleges and universities. Are there opportunities for healthy, intelligent, sane, well credentialed Americans to teach at Cleary College?

Thanks for watching John! I’m glad it was informative for you. Cleary is at a very interesting point in their development. A lot of professors are executives from companies who attempt to bring in real world experience to a classroom. Oftentimes, they stick to a curriculum instead which was my biggest complaint. They’ve been around a long time, but are in need of a new direction, as it seems they trial and error a lot of new plans and don’t allow them to fully develop before turning heads to the next thing. I believe there’s most certainly opportunity for change.
