    I have been living full time in a motorhome for 3 years and I love it. I just want to say how incredibly blown away I was by the amount of space. More importantly though it's your journey of healing this lifestyle can truly provide. I bought my motorhome after leaving a horribly abusive marriage as a way to have home security. Little did I know just how much more I would get it of living in a 30 year old RV. It is true that one learns how to fix anything on the fly. I've learned to improvise, create, modify and simplify my life, all while building up my own self confidence and knowledge. Not to mention the RV communities online who will gladly share their wealth of experience to help a fellow RV'er.
    Your are so inspiring and you're story will undoubtedly give others strength.
    Enjoy your travels

    Everything looks great 👍. I would see if your Dad would put u in a boot between the back of the truck cab & the front of the camper. The only reason why this would be so important. Is for your safety. If someone was trying to get into the camper late at night. It would give u the opportunity to crawl to the front seat & drive off.

    Whole video was very cute and informative. I'm looking at either, the smallest 5th wheel, or biggest truck camper right now. Can't decide. I'm kind of thinking truck camper with like a Hect trailer for storage for my kayaks and electric bike and motorcycle. I think I just talked myself into it.

    I am planing on running a similar setup. Any suspension/ tire information on that rig? That camper is probably 3k lbs dry and north of 4k fully loaded. Truck seems to handle it very well especially for being over gvwr

    • @MobileDwellings
      @MobileDwellings  Год назад

      It does seem to handle it well. It is probably right at GVWR dry so yeah, overloaded. Has upgraded rancho shocks, maybe an added leaf in the rear? I haven't gotten to into it yet. Toyo all terrain tires. Project is on the back burner for the moment.

      @themoparmechanic9394 Год назад +1

      @@MobileDwellings My 02 2500 quad cab long bed auto 4x4 is about 7k empty with me in it. So anything payload over 1800 pounds is over GVWR but we'll within the axel rating. I'm planning on aiding air suspension to prevent any sag. I like 3rd gens too but second gens are the best looking in my opinion and more reliable too.
