Go with S-hooks of various sizes in the home, not shower rings. A tension rod is great under the sink to hang spray bottles on. Nothing else is needed to do that. $5 tension rod.
Large S hooks can even be used to easily hang up your jeans by belt loops in your closet. S hooks in kitchen on rails make it easy to hang up & pull off items to use. But if you hate someone, by all means hang up their most often needed items with shower curtain hoops lol

Wrapping, & dealing with/trying to keep untangled that length of twine looks like an absolute nightmare!
Easier way would be to use a crochet hook to make a simple chain stitch around them. Faster too!

The tension rod in the shower is a great idea for me. Down sizing into a tiny home! Every storage idea is valuable. I plan to use this idea.
That would also make great napkin holders and centerpiece for table and I also thought with the mirrors, that they would be great as just little daisies hanging on the wall with the mirror in in the center.

Several of the ideas are good but the one with the towel bar used as a garbage bag holder will not work with those shower rings. The door will not close, you are better to use S hooks and they are a lot easier to hang things on. Tension rod in the shower is good but the tension rod should be a small shower curtain tension rod. Stronger and with hold S hooks can even hold a towel. Bear in mind always be careful with the chemicals you hang on any rod, as the tension can be broken and the chemicals will fall.
