Hisense TV: How to FIX Audio & Sound Problems (No Sound, Audio Out of Sync, Delayed, Muffled, etc)

- I show you how to fix sound & audio problems from on a Hisense smart tv (Android TV). Maybe you have sound or audio problems like no sound but only picture, audio goes in and out, out of sync, delayed, audio sounds funny or muffled or echoing, audio / sound is very low (even though volume is all the way up), or you just want to factory reset the audio / sound back to factory defaults for a clean slate, etc. This can also help if you have audio issues on the whole TV or when watching apps like RUclips, RUclips TV, HBO Max, Disney+, RUclips for Kids, ESPN, Fubo, Sling, Hulu, Starz, Amazon prime video, Netflix, Vudo etc. Hope this helps.

Why turn the circuit breaker off? Makes no sense if you have unplugged the Tv itself and there is literally no power to it
why would you flip the circuit breaker? that literally does nothing different than power-cycling the tv...
It's working for me in BPL Android TV, First I unplug power, then press power button at bottom for 60 sec as you say and plugin power, and Miracle is happen, Sound is on, thank you so much.

Hi I'm in Toronto and I have sound on Netflix and those specialty channels on regular TV I have no sound I have no trouble in my hands so it's hard to navigate the buttons

All it took on mine was unplugging it, thank you very much - I thought it was my PlayStation but when I tried to watch cable TV (also connected via HDMI) I had no sound also…. Unplugging the TV worked, strange how that happens!
Nine worked but I messed with tv audio setting while headphones were plug in and it worked.

This happens to me all the every once in a while when watching Netflix, prime , Hulu ect and I switch back to cable or(live tv) in favorite apps …. Not sure why but I always just unplug the power cord from back of tv , wait a few seconds and plug it back in and it works again. I’ve never had or can’t understand any possible reason for turning off the breaker. Doesn’t make any sense but I guess whatever works.

When I was Hulu the sound will suddenly cut out on the TV then it will randomly come back on a couple minute later. So odd
Just an update I found a new way to get sound back on without having to unplug and plug back in. I use remote to
1)open settings
2)scroll down to select device preferences
3)scroll down and select “about”
4) scroll down and select Restart
Sounds like a lot of steps but once you get use to it it takes a 5 seconds . Also, this is for my specific model I’m not sure if all menu options are the same on other models.
Basically the same thing as unplugging and restarting but without having to poll the plug. Works better for me since my power cord is harder to reach . Plus if you are lazy like me it helps by not having to move 😂
So I had some help to fix this and we just changed the HDMI cable and I have my sound back but this TV I don't take his senses very good

I have a Hisense TV and the audio is so glitchy I'm considering fixing it in the dumpster.
Okay that makes no sense to turn off the breaker what if you live in a rental unit or an apartment building or somewhere like that where you can't have access to that or you just not allowed to

Well the audio is fine with the speaker but once i plug a gaming headphone on the headphone jack it all goes to shit when it starts getting staticy like someone badly isolated the voices

Do you have any idea how to fix a problem with no sound from the optical output? This is a brand new tv and when I've tried connecting my gaming headset to the tv's optical output I get no game audio. I still get the chat audio, but nothing coming from the tv audio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I should also add that the headset I'm using is the same headset I've used with my last 3 tv's, all connected to the tv['s optical output and 2 of the 3 tv's were Hisense tv's.
I don't think it would work but now the Hisense TV sounds loud and clear.

It’s a pain in the neck but just unplug power cord to tv and plug back in 5 seconds after, no need for all the other steps . Annoying but whole process should take about 30 seconds to resolve.

Hisense tv sucks. I have the same one in this video and has been nothing but problems. Always gets froze too been through customer support with them & also many factory rests…

I have to do this like once a day :/
Then I would factory reset tv and just leave on TV speaker for a few days make sure there’s no issue then proceed to add sound bar, woofer etc then test that as well.
