It's maddening that Hisense doesn't provide any guidance when wifi doesn't work. That said, your fix of unplugging and then turning it back on from the power on the TV actually worked. So thanks!
So my parents 75in hisense tv says not connected when they turn on tv first time for the day and won't work, but if they power cycle the tv it will work the rest of the day, it only says not connected first time turning on and if you go into wifi settings it won't connect until you cycle tv
As for the password its all correct, but still the Tv says the password is incorrect.... It was working properly, then suddenly says the password is incorrect. Wha am i supposed to do
Ive had this problem for years i swear i just figured it out the solution is not in the video, and i dont use wifi router i use my phones network so i thought about checking my phones sittings and went through the blocked list there were a few ip addresses and I thought about checking the tvs ip address and it turned out that ive had the tv blocked on my phone i dont even remember doing it but you should check your device too

I've tried factory resetting my tv many times, but at the beginning it tells me to connect to the wifi but it won't show up.
Same here. I purchased my tv a year ago, and it worked fine now. All of a sudden, it doesn't recognize my tv. Everything else in my home is working fine.
To be honest , the tv is faulty by the very fact it can't ascertain which devices are using what and not allowing for manual band selection or even a 5ghz network mode. Why should anybody have to go through this process everytime? I am hoping to get a wired connection soon because this is the sort of madness that drove Van Gogh to cut off his own ear.

Check your WiFi. The problem might be from the wifi. Trying connecting to a different Wifi to see if it works.

Try going to sittings then system it should be at the bottom
