Check if your tv has the LAN cable port. It’s an easy detect especially as it can only take the LAN cable. You can also Google LAN cable port. Thanks😊

Hi, is it the same type of TV model? If yes, and that's the issue, you will need to get the ethernet cable from Amazon, Walmart, Canada tire or any computer shop. Follow the instructions in my video to get the cable connected and to choose the right option, which is "wired."
