    Hi Clarity nice to see you looking well. I really admire your strength in being so positive, in having to change your goals despite your struggles. Fnd is an awful illness which I find hard to come to terms with and then I watch how you are coping and think yes I should be like you. Hope you are OK and take care. Love and best wishes to you xxx

    Just can’t across your videos after seeing you have FND, I’m nearly diagnosed, just wonder is there hope for this? Do you feel better now? Thanks.

      There’s always hope, truly. Looking back over the past 10 months, I’ve seen so much improvement with my FND. I wasn’t able to walk, speak nor see just 10 months ago but now, I’ve improved a lot. While there are still challenging moments, I’ve learned to be more in tune with my body, to take things slow and to be patient with myself. It’s a journey, but things do get better with time. Sending you all the love in the world and strength as you go through this. You’re not alone in this ❤️
