Brian said “ the more nutrient density it is the more energy it takes for my body to break it down to get to those nutrients”. that was profound! I believe that is the reason why carnivore didn’t work for me. I was inflamed all the time and therefore miserable. I just started juicing after two day water fast and trying to mono fruit eat and I feel fantastic. Thank you, Brian for your brilliant insight!

Still not fully fininshed, on the last 30 mins so dont know if its covered but couple things maybe to cover in future podcasts with him:
1.) So anyone with any diet background with cancer can eat just grapes for 40 days and be cured? its quite a statement. Not hating or anything, its cool but feel it needs more of a deeper look. Im aware of the fruitarians like john rose, and dr morse etc so not new to these concepts.
2.) The point about vegan cooked starch being sticky, well can you not have it like once a week, surely it clears out. How "clean" do you need to be. What about our body making its own fermentations also - some time in the bowels needed for that no?
Anyway just some thoughts. Great interview, look forawrd to more.

I get the grape thing both with grapes and watermelon (occasionally mangos)- but that sounds just like "melon belly" to me. Same thing- 15 mins horrible, and then over. A fairly common thing for mainly fruit eaters- even 15 years into raw. I personally can take an opened chromium pill at start of eating and then I don't get it. I started that after I heard Don Bennett talk about how chromium can be the last thing to uptake into fruit in the growing process, and often when it's picked too early it will not contain the important chromium that helps us digest it well.

I agree that fruit is the perfect food substance for man but I have to disagree that these things evolved on their own through some sort of mindless evolution. If there is no mind or intelligent power behind it, then it cannot just happen on its own. There has to be a great mind backed by immeasurable power to cause these things to come into existence. Fruits are so perfectly fine tuned for man's body and his natural life force that it proves there is an almighty God who brought it all into being.

You don't understand the process of natural selection at all. It both can and does happen on its own, there's no ulterior power behind it at all. Fruits are so perfectly fine-tuned for humans because we've literally coevolved for tens of millions of years with fruit-bearing trees and plants in the tropical equatorial rainforest, a fully mutualistic symbiotic relationship in which they compete to make fruit as nutritious and delicious as possible in order to entice frugivorous animals like humans to eat them, and the unique interaction between their juvenizing biochemistry and our own neuroendocrine system has strengthened that bond immensely, yielding us our long lifespans as well as our large brains and subsequent higher cognitive faculties.

@@hoon_sol …. “The process of natural selection”…hmmm, just the idea of something like that requiring a “process” implies intelligence. How can mindlessness or nothingness govern a “process”? From where would this “process” get its power and how would it be regulated without any intelligence whatsoever?
“Fruits are so perfectly fine-tuned…”… How can anything become “perfectly fine-tuned” with out a great power and authority doing the fine tuning? Let me guess…super powered aliens?
“We’ve literally coevolved for tens of millions of years…” How can all these things come from nothing by themselves with zero power and zero intelligence and then, even after achieving all of that, everything continues to have a mind of its own including fruits and trees which somehow are able to perfectly align themselves with man with a continued evolution and improvement from a lower state to a higher state which would require even more power, energy, and intelligence?
"...a fully mutualistic symbiotic relationship in which they compete in order to entice"...sounds really scientific...kinda like there's some sort of brain power involved that fruits have so they can "compete". Doesn't brain power have to be involved in such a detailed and intricate competition especially over millions of years?
Did an iPhone evolve on its own with no power, energy, thought, design, etc. from a lower form of phone? Are any smartphones perfectly fine-tuned? None of them are perfect...far from it. We all know that there is indeed power, energy, thought, design, etc. that goes into creating smartphones. Yet are we to believe that there was no power, energy, thought, or design that goes into living fruits which contain perfectly fine-tuned living elements that are perfectly suited for man's physiology. The elemental construct of a juicy ripe peach is far more advanced than any smartphone.
It's time to wake up folks!

      @@scott1414:
      Wrong on every single count.
Nothing "requires" any process, the process is simply occurring. As Heraclitus correctly observed, all things flow, and change is the only constant. Nothing "governs" the process at all, that's exactly what I'm explaining to you. It doesn't have any "power" whatsoever, it's simply happening. It's not "regulated" either, that's exactly why I'm pointing out that you clearly don't understand how natural selection works.
This becomes extremely clear when you keep talking about how trees and fruits "align" themselves, as if it's an active process they are doing, rather than the passive process of being naturally selected for. The way coevolution works is just as I described: the humans that are the best seed dispersers for trees get naturally selected for by the trees and the trees that provide the the tastiest and healthiest food get naturally selected for by the humans. This is no different from pointing out that the first organisms to develop some form of light sensitivity had a tremendous advantage over their insensitive peers, and thus had an equally massive advantage in terms of natural selection.
In other words, it's not that any "greater intelligence" is at play at all, it's just that what ends up being best at surviving does so; that is how natural selection works.
Your comparisons to technology are just total nonsense, because technological devices are not lifeforms, no matter how much your try to make false analogies to rationalize your own nonsense. Unless we maintain the knowledge of how to make technological devices of any kind, as well as maintain them, they wither and decay and are never seen again. In contrast, life doesn't work that way at all, organisms are naturally selected for to be resilient and to have natural urges to survive and reproduce on their own; and even then species go extinct all the time, so not even that is a guarantee.
So yes, any rational person is indeed to recognize how natural selection works and how there's no "greater intelligence" or "greater power" behind it at all, just a matter of that which is best at surviving doing just that.
It's time for you to turn on your brain and start using it, it seems.

    • @scott1414

@@hoon_sol … You continue to grasp at straws here. Everything you said is wrong.
You said, "nothing requires any process, the process is simply occurring". You just said nothing requires any process and then again you say that a process is occurring. Which is it? A process or no process? Any type of process requires energy and power to happen.
You said, "the humans that are the best seed dispersers for trees get naturally selected for by the trees..." Since when are trees sentient beings? Since when can trees decide to do stuff? They have no brains, no minds.
This kind of stuff is grasping for straws and in search of a faith that I cannot muster. I don't have enough religious faith for this.
You said, "...technological devices are not lifeforms..." I never said they were lifeforms. If things that are not alive require vast amounts of power and intelligence in order to be created, then those things that are alive that contain living elements and are far more technologically advanced than manmade devices and therefore require far more power and intelligence to have come into existence.
Everyone knows that the human hand is far more advanced than anything that man has ever made.
It gets down to this: it appears that you, like most atheists, do not WANT there to be a higher power because it threatens your worldview of a godless existence. It appears that you have reasoned that since there is no God, then you can remain comfortable in your sins and even reason that there is no sin. It doesn't matter how wrong you are about your assertions above...it appears that you will continue to reason that there is no Moral Governor of the universe not due to lack of evidence but due to the desire to consume yourself upon the lusts of the flesh while trying to squelch the convicting power of the Holy Ghost and to attempt to diminish the possibility of a future retribution for deeds done in this life. This is the main reason why atheists do what they do. They're not looking for evidence even though they say that they are. Even the Bible details atheistic encounters with God himself and they still didn't believe. The Bible even details future encounters of God in person, in the flesh, and personally visible with atheists and they still refuse to believe. As God himself visibly descends from heaven in the future with his face shining like the sun, lightning shooting from his finger tips, his eyes as a flame of fire, with thunder and lightning and many other supernatural occurrences, there will stand unregenerate unbelieving man with his eyes looking skyward as he says in his heart, "wow, I see all these things happening but I will choose to ignore my own senses, chalk this experience up to an alien encounter and continue in my unbelief because I'm not willing to acknowledge my iniquity."
      So sad is man.

All the research I've done and experience
I have water fasted twice both times 30 days at a time in Costa rica at loren lockmans place
Any time I manage to clean my system out and stick to a fruit based life style I feel alot better
I am also aware of the carnivore diet and watched all these men promoting it dr baker
    Dr chafee
    Dr ken Berry
I am aware that alot of people claim to be doing better on the carnivore diet
    Healing from autoimmunity mental health
But its not all sunshine and rainbows
Alot of carnivore diet people talk about lack of bowel movements
    Electrolyte issues etc
But again its not straight forward
But I truly believe if you detox safely and properly as best you can
Then adapt a fruit based diet
That is the most closely to our correct diet
1 thing for sure fake processed food bad junk food is the devil
I think fresh fruit is the best food
But some meat maybe is OK like some fresh beef and fresh fish
But overall if you can eat 100 percent fruit and salad
    Amazing
If you can't do fully raw which in this crazy new world most people cannot
So maybe 70 80 percent raw fruit based with small amounts of meat added is OK
