    Nice. Always cool when people discover this way of life with the high carb low fat. As you mentioned we’ve known about this for a hundred years with Walter Kempner lol

    Great interview. If I ate only fruit, I would be the size of a house. I suspect that because he detoxed his body the natural way with the sea minerals, and doing carnivore for 3 years, which would have put in check metabolic issues, his body can now run on the perfect fuel. The wild blueberries are not available for him during the winter, and they are native to where he lives, so it sounds like he is trying to eat seasonally and regionally, although not 100% clear. I wonder if he eats bananas and pineapples, things that are not native to Canada.
    I wonder what he would advise a sick person with high toxic levels to eat. Lots of things to think about for sure. I always have mad respect for folks who overcome their own health issues and then endeavor to help others.
