thats prob the easier way than taking off the B pillar side panel and cleaning out the belts drum mechanism underneath

Looks like it cleans it up fast, but it seems like quite a harsh chemical to be spraying in the cab. How long did it take for the brake parts cleaner fumes/smell to be gone?

It doesn't hang around, smell is gone within a few minutes with all the doors open. 👍

I am pretty sure brake cleaner eats rubber and plastics! Degreaser might be a safer option on something safety related
