not only that in gw2 you can farm weekly for keys to open the loot boxes. Nice that there is an in game option.

Best thing that GW2 has over eso is absolutely the trading post. The guild trader system in eso is just anoying.

To tell the truth I don't get what all the hype for FF14 is all about. The thing about GW2 is that it's so different from all other MMORPGs that it initially scares players away who are brainwashed into thinking that MMOs should be played a certain way and they don't want to change their approach to how they play MMOs. If GW2 was given the popularity that FF14 has since WoWs decline it would have been the perfect storm for the MMO Gaming Industry, as the appeal of how an MMO can tackle everything from Questing to Massive Player activities and events completely different from all other games in its Genre, this in itself drive changes in the mostly 'Stale' and 'Repetitive' approach which all MMORPGs tend to take. People can argue that why change something that's not broken, but to them I'll say change is what drives innovation. Everyone who plays MMOs doesn't want a re-skinned WoW with a different a character cast, story and developers. We want something new and GW2 is what the MMO industry needs to learn from and expand upon. When people start to truly understand this game I'm 100% sure they'll all be kicking themselves thinking how they never played this Hidden Gem.

    I disagree about dungeons.
Long time I disliked GW2 dungeons until I did many veteran dungs in ESO.
Its completely pointles and unrewarding since you can just go normal and upgrade your loot.
Also bugs.. So many bugs that force you to reset the entire instance because boss is immortal, etc. (Falkreath Hold)
Theres nothing to gain from ESO harder dungeons. Its just not worth it.
*Also we are talking about a game that forces you to buy it, pay montly and then they still charge you 1000 crowns if you want to change your hair colour.*

ESO has tons of quest but all of them boring and repetitive, combat is like hitting air and before you buff up with all the skills they run out in like 5 seconds

Completely disagree with ur first point. Gw2 business model is the reason end game becomes a repetitive gold grind that lacks content and the millions of time gates to control player progression. For the most part in eso, u are not limited via dailies/time gates and u can trade gold for crowns via crown gifting system, I’ve traded 10’s of millions gold for crowns and never been scammed.

Agree with most your points. Gw2 is very frustrating with its cheap and nasty free to play style monetisation which I think has negatively impacted a lot of the game. I’d respect gw2 much more if it deleted gem conversion all together, had optional sub like eso, and could afford to provide updates consistently, and could do away with all the currency and time gating that ruins much of the gw2 experience. I have 10k hours in eso and 4K hours in gw2.

Gw2 Black Lion Chest (aka loot box) is updated quite a lot actually, but with one exclusive every month or two. That gets annoying because you can't get that particular item any other way except the BLC. That's not as bad as other loot box models, but it's still annoying.

The ranger class is what I was playing at the beginning of the video. I got the mage knight outfit from the gem store. You can either by it via gold to gems or just straight up with gems.

@@muhammadbilalkhan9870 Yeah you can use outfits with any class, but for regular armor its down to what type you are. So light, medium, and heavy armor can only be worn by their respective classes. As far as your second question goes, it's really personal preference. But for me personally i'd say the necromancer and ranger are my favorites. All of them are fun to play though.

Gw2 PvP and open world is dog crap your forced to build certain builds you can’t Make every character a certain role like eso, eso lets you make any character a dps, healer or tank gw2 u can try but you will lose every PvP fight the amount of armour there is in eso and builds it’s insane eso does everything better but builds open world and story..

TESO have a bigger population, nuff said...
7:30 skill based, hahahaha Its a dodge or cluster clunker... All you do is rotate skills... then Dodge... Thats it... There is no structure of any kind, only a big zerg facerolling their keyboards... Thats why Im having issues with gw2 as I get older...

    • @BeeyothGaming
      @BeeyothGaming  3 года назад +15

It's skill based in that gear doesn't matter as much. I never said the game was hard. It just isn't as easy as moving your item level up. And just because a game has a higher population, doesn't make it objectively better then others. You should never play a game just because more people play it. You should play it if you enjoy it. Look at world of warcraft, the biggest mmo. It gets shit on by people all the time and the community is never happy with it. Also the zerging only exists in open world content. In instanced content like fractals and raids, the game becomes more mechanically involved and isn't just more people equals kill. Open world content is designed in both games to be entry level casual content. Not ball crushingly hard.
TLDR: Skill based doesn't equal hard.
