    really crazy, but respect ... and I want to know, which experience you make during the sessions yoga or during the days, where you make very much yoga.
    my first yoga last winter (2019) for 17 days (I am 45 years) were harder than the work in army, but my experiences are not only limited to the material body ... my feeling out of my body with the chakras in the feet or hands are improved during the yoga-sessions ... and my thinking are very strong connected to the lower self or the basis on feeling ( the last 7 days) and not the rational thinking ... a really nice experience.

    I always wanted to do yoga,but my body is not flexible.and the way this lady moves intimidates me more.

      Advanced practitioner here. Everyone starts somewhere. Begin with a qualified, dedicated teacher and go from there. Your body will respond and you will improve.

    Nice but She's just flexible. Increase her strength by taking extra care to align her feet when performing back bend.
