My Wife and I just got back from the Paradise Island Ashram. I felt the same. I shed tears of joy everyday. It was intense and beautiful!

The Sivananda chanting brings so much joy, so many memories, so much love... I used to spend weekends at the Val Morin Center in the 1970's. Thanks very much to Swami Vishnu, yoga is the very core of my life to this day.
I attended my first retreat at the New York ashram last fall - this is wonderful to have so I can practice the chants at home. I can't wait to go back! Thank you :)
