Julie, you are so right on! In childhood I was taught that if I get any compliment at all I had to be "humble" in accepting same. What rubbish! So I didn't learn gratitude and receiving, I learned I didn't really deserve such compliments and to be ever so grateful if I got on. Whoo boy! YOU are so spot on! thank you! Love and Light!

The timing of this was impeccable. I'm expecting a good investment return. Today, before I have it, I was already thinking about how to help others. I have to stop this behavior because it has hurt me in the past. Thank you for this great advice. I will not make that mistake now.

I have not long started your book so not at that stage yet but love the sentence "if you can't receive a simple compliment, how do you think you can receive abundance from the Universe" So true. Hello Julie. Thank you for your counsel. As you talked about receiving money in our bank account, I felt a mixture of joy and fear. As you continued to speak about the receiving, I felt some type of release within, and the tears began to come....and I felt part of the child within me stepped forward out of a slumber. I can't explain the energy that flowed over me. Had such a gracious cry after that. Wasn't expecting that reaction at all. I just ordered your book and should receive it by the end of the week. I DO want to tell you thank you though, for your interaction with us on social media, and devoting time to this new manifesting channel. Yorkshire Tea for me! Can't beat it! I firmly believe in manifesting but my issue has always been this: I know what I DON'T want, but struggle to identify what I DO want. I've always been indecisive. I know where I want to leave from, but have yet to pick a solid destination.

Thank you ❤ straight on point with this lesson . We are so conditioned as being humble and giving and respect the others and taking care of the other before us. Cause if we do put ourselves first we are seen as selfish or ungrateful . And maybe is a cultural thing as well , I have been raised like this . The minute I spoke my mind or focused on my life and what I love to do I got so much negative feedback from my family, so much criticism. And also , how dare I do dream so big, I have everything I need, I don’t need more they said 😢.
