I am from Greece and i am maditating alone because I found Dr joe despenza recently and I am dreaming that I will manage to be in a retreat even is an expensive and big trip for me.. I don't even know if i am maditating the right way but I will continue... I am struggling with breathing work only.. I want to manifest the man of my life and have children.. ❤❤

Also what is the connection in what you are saying to the Source documentary? ( I do know about that & have watched it) I did watch through to the end of your talk because I am a student of Dr Joe & I am always interested in other people’s experiences. Keep on practicing. It's like a muscle and needs to be exercised regularly. There is no such thing as a "bad meditation"!
