Despite her own experience as a surgeon, Grace tried every avenue to avoid surgery for her worsening carpal tunnel syndrome. When she found her way to Dr Joe’s work, she didn’t hold back - she was all in. During the final meditation at her first Week Long Advanced Retreat, Grace was moved by energy - and profound feelings of love. When she opened her eyes, she saw everything anew … and she noticed a “weird sensation” in her hands. Visits to her doctors confirmed it - Grace was healed.

I am a medical doctor and I do believe in it... but the conventional medicine is helpful for those who are not willing to let go of their old selves and they are the majority,,,
I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands back in the early 1990s. I couldn't do anything. It hurt even getting dressed and I was offered surgery, but I didn't want it. I decided that it was bs, this carpal tunnel thing, so I simply stopped doing the things that caused most pain and I made a decision that it would go away. I have no idea how it happened, or even how long it took, but in time it for better and better. It's been at least 20 years now without pain. There's been times when I have done a lot of hand writing, which was the worst of all the things I did, when I've felt it, but it's been gone the next day again.
I already had problems with pain in my knees, a few years later, and again I was scheduled for surgery, but decided not to. I have no problems with my knees anymore.
I was around 9 when I first realised that I could make myself sick, so I guess there was a part of me that figured that I could also make myself well, so I did.

What is your process for making yourself well? Nice to be able to take care of ourselves that way.

@@jksatte I have no idea. It was just the most logical thing for me, that I didn't need surgery and that it could go away. I don't remember what I did or didn't do except that I avoided that made it hurt the most and only did things until the pain increased or stepped in and then I stopped. I didn't meditate yet, I didn't know about any of this, the universe, law of attraction and I considered myself an atheist, although I kind of thought I had a power within me, but I didn't explore it. But I did know that I had made myself both sick and well before and I guess I stepped into that personality without even realising it. We all have this knowledge within us already. We just have to go with our instinct and guidance. I guess I did without knowing it.

And after your testimonial l too healed my carpal tunnel. I was a healee in London and l felt a little improvement at the event. But after l came home l continued the work and by October l noticed that the carpal tunnel was gone and my function was perfect again. Thanks to Grace, you and of course dr Joe (and myself) 💟🙏😍

Amazing story. Doctors who are presented evidence of healing always underplay it - always minimize it when in reality, it's a freaking miracle. They should have asked her what she did and then they should have dropped everything, including their useless degrees to go study Dr. Joe's work.

I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists without pain meds after, it’s that easy of a surgery!! They prescribed them, I didn’t need any.
I needed this I have carpal tunnel in both hands, the right hand is the worst

Wow this is exactly what I'm going true on both hands, I got both hands dune in my 20s and now it's back , now lower back and knees are acting up. I started meditating a few days ago but I encounter a lot of resistance when trying to feel elevated emotions. How long does it take to be able to feel more love and joy? Does meditation clear the blocks to introduce more love and joy? How long does it take for a Kundalini awakening/get the surge of energy in the body that heals?
You asked 4 months ago. Probably by now you come to realization that everything is very individual. One person can experience spiritual awakening in one day, another in 1 year

Another incredible story told from an incredibly credible person. Thank-you again. But I have a question - why is it more than 95% of your videos are about physically healing and less, probably a lot less, than 5% are about manifesting changes in one’s life circumstances like a new career, partner, new home etc, because the number of people who seek out the law of attraction for these things likely far exceeds 50%? Even in interviews you barely mention them. Perhaps it could be a separate channel with someone else from your team? Bob Procter was the first one to teach the laws of attraction to any degree and he was the opposite, speaking mostly about the latter. Curious if Dr. Joe and Bob ever had occasion to meet and how it went.
Priorities. Physical healing is way, way, waaaayyyyy more important, and relevant, for most people.
"If you have your health, you have everything."
Inversely, if you don't have your health it doesn't matter how many houses and cars and jobs and lovers you manifest.

Money without health, life is hell. It’s hell either way! It’s very closed minded of you to assume that health and money are not equally important because it’s impossible to have a great life without both! I’m a millionaire in health but broke in money! I know the stresses with barely getting by!
He shows health one’s way more because it’s more noble looking on his image. You know how people are..

And instead of giving me the hint that it’s another reason, how about you just tell me that reason?? An paragraph with no conclusion is hardly helpful! I’m sure he absolutely cares about helping people but to pretend it’s 100% that and that there are no SLIGHT other care for public image ON SOME LEVEL is a bit ignorant. It’s very lazy minded to never take into account the grey area of people’s motivations and only have an all or nothing mentality of him ONLY doing it because he cares and no other reason.

Are there people reading comments who have experienced narcissistic abuse here? How has meditation helped you?
If you have experienced abuse of any kind then you may have some level of PTSD. Contrary to some of the beliefs re focusing on the now and avoiding negative feelings, trauma need to be processed to take it from the part of the brain that is experiencing it in the now to the part of the brain that see it has being where it actually is, in the past. When you have achieved this you are freed up to be more in the now. Get some counselling, do the meditation too, this will help to bring down your hyper arouseal and balance the need to work on the past. Good luck with it.
Wow, that is some story… I had surgery on my knee, I’ve never been the same, now they are telling me I need new replacement for both of my knees even the one that doesn’t hurt so bad… I would love to find out how to do this meditation or join a workshop. Can you please tell me how. I need it badly …

Don’t have a knee replacement. I had my right knee replaced. Worst decision I ever made
You must go through the book titled “You Can Heal Your Life ” by Louise Hay. That will help you a lot. Then opt for meditation practice or healing sessions. All the best!

I know it's not the done thing to be negative in such a positive space. But I really find the new way of putting the dramatic music on with the stars in between the person's testimonials so jarring and off putting. It's so not necessary. 😕

I had emailed from Joe Dispenzas website and sadly was given a robotic response pointing to how I can attend one of the expensive conferences. What I had requested was prayer of healing for our son who has stage 4 metastatic brain cancer and what I got back was responses on how to go to their conference? How to get his resources for help? Very disappointed.

It is very much a business, yes I get it we deserve money and he deserves to be rewarded for his work but it's the extent of it, the price of the books, meditations, workshops are just out of some people's reach. There is a lot of stuff you can learn for free on RUclips though re meds. Hope you have some healing for yourself and your son. Big hug to you and yours.
