Just a thought, I think your community would be interested in similar videos about your morning and night time prayer. This is very helpful Julie since I have been having night terrors especially in early Morning, though they have been decreasing. If I do this as soon as I open my eyes, it would rid my mind of horror that follows in waking. I have been praying as soon as I open my eyes but a structure and routine will be even more helpful.
