Due to filming laws when it comes to infants, that baby will have been played by like a dozen different kids at least. This scene alone would have required several different babies in order to keep a reasonable filming schedule. Luckily babies that young are very hard to tell apart so long as their skin tone is the same, so you can have multiple kids play the same baby without an audience noticing.
I got it. Concern for their welfare is paramount. So that will mean, instead of one child saying _"Bloody hell! That's the cause of my nightmares!"_ there will be several.

I love it, it's in perfect continuity with the timelords original statement of "we observe, we don't interfere".

Unfortunately in this digital age, it's very difficult to find out exactly who is involved in creating a song. They’re probably just right wing people upset by the show featuring actors and characters who are black, gay, trans, disabled, etc. and they’re using the narrative that the show’s become unfit for children in other ways to try to make their bigotry seem like more reasonable criticism. The thing that fascinates me about the goblins is how their technology works. It’s actually quite interesting the way the doctor puts it.

Unfortunately in this digital age, it's very difficult to find out exactly who is involved in creating a song. It would be so easy to add to the RUclips description, or have pop ups on streaming and download sites, but for some reason the industry is set up to ignore a lot of people who contribute. (They will all get royalties, or would have agreed to one-off payments, but the point still stands)
