    Truly most places that serve squid in the US do the breading/deep fry route.. good to see a traditional recipe via the Aussie kitchen

    01:42 - Why you need to open the egg in the small bowl then transfer it in the big bowl?

      Because Justine cracked the egg on the EDGE of the Rameken the chances of getting shell in the mix is higher than if she cracked it on a FLAT surface.
      She'd now be able to immediately notice if shell was in the smaller bowl before mixing began.
