I miss my grandma so much when I see you cook with yours, she taught me everything....just know that to see you love her like you do reminds me of my time with my grandma and makes me smile and cry at the same time...a good cry....these ladies of ours are home to us....always.
You don't stop amazing me with those great demos , so detailed and with lots of helpful tips, and what's more important so raw and natural, well done Laura!!
VANITARE You're right !! There are many DIALECTS ! But only ONE Italian language ! Here in the comments often people confuse dialects with the real Italian language . For example, Laura with her family speaks in Neapolitan dialect, but people here think that she speaks Italian. Greetings from Italy ! :-)
Nonna... we love you!! You are a natural in front of the camera...and you did well at teaching all us non seafood eaters (who live in the frozen N. MN) that making these dishes are easy and look ooohhh sooo delish!!! Muuahhh love from MN!!!
I love this video especially because you made it with your nonna...these kind of videos would be nice because its from your roots!! I love you and your fabulous cooking!
Laura,I love watching you and your Grandmother cook together. Cooking is such an amazing way to bond and create memories with those that we love. I wish my Grandma loved to cook! Watching you and your Grandma brings me happy memories of me and my Grandma
Wonderful video! Love that you cook with your grandmother! Thank you for sharing such great moments. You are both so wonderful. Keep doing these kinds of videos!
I love your Nonna (and you too!!!). I miss my Nonna so much. I wish videos were popular back then as they are now because I never thought of recording my grandmothers while they cooked. You are blessed to have these memories forever!
It is SO nice to see an Italian recipe with cheese, on or in with seafood! I love grated cheese on linguini with white clam sauce and I catch crap for it.
I like how you still keep the production to your normal standards and quality i.e. small things that other cooking videos do not do, i.e. keeping the surfaces generally clean when the camera is zoomed, organizing every ingredient nicely into bowls, and editing the video so the transitions fade in and out smoothly, good job ;-) (Its a bit difficult with Nonna, as many people can see...) But still, love the videos. Keep them coming. !
This video is amazing 😭😭❤️ thank you so much for sharing please share more traditional food you ate as a child so we get to know you more than we already do thank you lovely x
I love these videos with your Nonna! This dish looks amazing!! I never knew you could cook seafood that long without it getting rubbery and I never knew Italians would combine seafood and cheese! Looks delish!
Nonna is simply darling and I love her sweet kitchen. You are blessed to have her. Wonderful recipe, thank you. Which type of olive oil do you suggest, I cook with light mostly.
Must be an old school thing to cook with a pinch of this and a dash of that because my mother cooks like that. Had a hard time learning how to make sweet potato pie until I finally had to have my mother 'show' me how to add the spices. Love watching you & your Nonna! Hope see more vids from the both of you!
i love how she can switch between languages so effortlessly, it sounds so beautiful... i love it. I can only speak a little spanish seeing as im a sophmore but i intend to become fully bilingual
I absolutely love when you cook with your Nona she reminds me of my grandma who passed. You yo are so delightful to watch and I have to try this recipe 😀🐙
I'm cooking this tomorrow. I love your show...I grew up in Scotch Plains NJ with lots of Italian friends and families all around me (including a Vitale family I went to school with). I live in Vancouver BC now and really miss good Italian food and, to be honest, solid NJ accents!
I wanna go to Italy!!!!!!!!! I could just hop in the car, drive for 6 hours and enjoy good Italian cuisine. I'm sitting here, drooling over this video instead. :D
Very nice and truly traditional. It's a good idea to have recipes cooked by your grandmother. It makes cooking look more authentic instead not glossy and mundane as those silly cookery programs seen on TV. I didn't know the tip of putting the calamari in hot water first before they are stuffed. Very useful.
I don't eat seafood ( except fish) but I can still appreciate this video; Great as usual. Just some recipe suggestions for the future: Fish fry, Hush Puppies, Gumbo, Italian Ice, Hot Milk Cake,Butter cake, King Cake, Po-Boy Sandwich, and Italian sausage soup. Just as an idea for series of food: Maybe a Back to School special or College meals or recreate some popular food items from restaurant/fast food menus ( just to show that we can make something even better at home).....Okay I'm Done :) Have a wonderful day Laura ~
I'm kinda new to the channel and I just love all the types of recipes you do! I've already tried to do some myself and they came out wonderful ! Thank you so much laura ! P.s Love the accent !!*0*
You are an entire package Laura! Emotional and Expressional cooking is all about you. Love to watch you cook and the last part is my favorite. You give me hunger pangs! Hugs and Kisses to Nonna.. She is sooo sweet!
O mio Dio! Ti seguo dall'italia capisco più o meno l'inglese e non pensavo fossi italiana.Quando ti ho sentita parlare italiano mi é preso un colpo!😍❤✨🔝
