On the stand she said the moaning and groaning sounded male and that’s why she thought that. And I don’t buy that’s what she first thought in the first place. The fact everyone is ignoring a pattern I can see throughout this case annoys me for some reason (yet to figure why)

Like a car 'accident,' things can still be an accident, but there are those with the right of way, those who can be distracted, those that are reckless etc. therefore people can still be responsible for the accident. Skiing does carry inherent risk, but that doesn't mean people can't be at fault for causing an accident. Check out the Lawyer You Know channel - super interesting and a great analysis of the case!

It's like I can imagine a simulation in my head with figures I can move about (not unlike the simulations the experts used actually), and I'm observing a replay of what happened from an audience POV. I wonder if that's what she's doing there? Also to add, the rule about rendering assistance during collisions and giving information was ADDED to the original 7 rules (alongside another pertaining to signage) in mid 2022. It was NOT an effective 'rule' under the guidelines of 2016 and therefore not applicable. Can't believe none of her side has picked that up yet.

If you watched yesterday’s trial, Terry is done, he got destroyed by doctors, and by his own pictures of him going on vacation after the accident, this is against what he said as to: he couldn’t enjoy life how he want/was used to anymore… and these weren’t just a pleasure cruise vacation, these were hiking, whitewater rafting, biking, etc… also, after the accident, his doctor told him not to ski, and what do you think he did? Listen to his doctor? NOPE! He went pretty much right after 😂!!!
Also, it came to light, after the ski patrol came by, checked on everyone, they ALL said YES, and BOTH PARTIES LEFT THE SCENE! TERRY CONTINUED TO SKI!!! So how do we determine that GP even did the damage to his ribs? How do we determine that those injuries didn’t happen later??? Who’s to say the person with Terry, his buddy that said he witnessed the whole thing, (a bio engineer expert explained that his “witness’s” version of events he described were impossible) didn’t “help” his injuries out a little, and caused the damage?!?

This is a very interesting analysis. One thing though, Paltrow is a very experienced skier, so not sure what your comment about you and Paltrow know the same amount about skiing and Taylor Swift was all about, you got it all confused. GP was asked about her ski level in the beginning of her testimony and said she was "intermediate" and has been skiing since she was a child. In any event, GP wouldn't drag her entire family to Utah to "scam" some old man. I haven't finished watching your video yet, but I think she's telling the truth about the entire thing and wants to make sure she's not being taken advantage of by other people on the slopes in the future, since that's something she does frequently with her family.

My mom and sis tend to startle with little screams, whereas it’s less common for me, but it’s easy to believe she could have screamed when she fell, even if she doesn’t really remember it. She’s definitely not my favorite celeb by a long shot, but this makes me thinks she’s in the right. I also want to add I've watched several viral videos where people have almost prove-ably, deliberately let go of the T Bar while going up on a snowboard and taken out many many many skiers and snowboarders on the way down. On those videos I've observed comments about how it looked intentional, or how they could have maneuvered themselves off the path and not taken out as many people... So, a dingbat drunk dude literally backed over me when I was riding my scooter (by choice...I actually loved it before this happened 🤧 Now is gone back to car only!) to pick up Mexican takeout last summer. He didn't even look in his rearview mirror... I saw him get pissed off that the car in front of him was going to wait on a parking spot, and he literally threw it in reverse and kicked it. I beeped my little horn and did everything I could to walk that thing up the hill out of the way but I couldn't and he not only backed into me, and took me to the ground, but he just kept on coming...I was trapped under his luggage attachment on the back hitch (that thing absolutely saved my life). The comparison I want to make to this case here is that, I definitely cussed him out as soon as he got out of his car; I was screaming, "What the hell?!!? You just fcking ran over me, and then just kept running over me! You're freaking lucky I'm alive!" A couple saw it happening and had to literally beat on his window before he even realized he had hit something! I was so shaken, scared, and bewildered that anger absolutely came out. I think I even told him he'd better be glad my husband and son weren't there as well bc my hubby would've beaten his tail! But.... Then I ended up crying my eyes out and apologizing to the SOB for being so rude 😫🤦‍♀️ I had nothing to apologize for. As Gwyneth said, when you have something like that happen, of course you get up angry and upset, and utterly confused and shocked. And then your feelings change and you become a little more kind and rational about it, at least hopefully lol. But yeah I totally went off and screamed "you f****** ran over me and then you just kept coming like how could you not have felt the fact that you ran over a whole ass back and human being?! What is wrong with you?!" 🤧 I still have full PTSD from that
