The numbers don't lie. I changed a few major things in my diet and all of the inflammation went away, did not need to go to the doctor for meds, I followed with bloodwork to confirm improvement. Maybe the diet doesn't work for everyone, but it works wonders for many!
So true!! It worked wonders for me!! I'm type O and I do not tolerate grains, dairy, corn or sugar. I also don't tolerate cruciferous veggies. I think people focus too much in what they CAN'T eat instead of what they can 👍
I'm not 40 but I completely agree. I suffer from alot of reactions from almost anything that I eat. I had allergy test done and nothing. The only thing that makes sense is this diet.

Possible Correlations: blood type as % of total population: Countries with the majority of their populations having a strong meat eating culture: Australia, Sth. Africa, most Latam countries (Argentina, Brasil, etc) all also have most of their populations as Group O. Mediterranean countries (Spain, Italy, France, etc) have a balanced diet culture, meat+vegies. Most of their populations are more evenly balanced too in thier blood group composition O, A, B, AB Mid-Asian countries who have a strong vegetarian or dairy culture also have most of their populations as Groups A, B and AB. Less of meat lover Group O vs the rest of the veggielover groups. Its many different things between the blood types that make up the diet. Lectin sensitivity and stomach acid are 2 O's have the highest stomach acid and they do better with a high protein diet. O's also have the highest IAP- an enzyme that breaks down fat and cholesterol. O's need to avoid wheat, most dairy, pig products and corn. A's on the other hand have the least IAP and stomach acid. They do better with a vegetarian style diet that still allows small amounts of chicken, turkey and fish. A's need to avoid red meat, pig products, wheat, tomatoes and bananas B's can tolerate dairy products better than the other blood types but must avoid chicken, wheat and corn. AB's must avoid red meat, pig products, chicken, wheat, kidney and lima beans. Lectins are proteins found in common foods, and many of them are blood type specific. Lectins cause damage to the lining of your intestines, get into your blood stream and clump your red blood cells. They also settle into your joints causing inflammation. Wheat lectins have even been found in the brains of Dementia and Alzheimer's patients.
I remembered reading in a early 80s encyclopaedia about blood types, not about diets, it said blood type O have high stomach acid, and blood type A and AB have low stomach acid, blood type B in the middle, (what more information do you want)
