Japanese researchers have been studying blood types for decades and have found a surprising connection between a person’s character traits and blood group.
We’re all well-aware that blood has different “types,” but what exactly does that mean? In a nutshell, blood type is based on two things: antibodies and antigens. An antibody is a protein produced by your blood’s plasma that helps your immune system fight different things that make you sick, like bacteria and viruses. Antigens, which are classified as A or B, can be different proteins, carbohydrates, and all sorts of complex biological compounds.

I’m O+, and even tho I’m an introvert, I am very sociable when I’m with friends, family, or at gatherings. I’m definitely intuitive, sympathetic and empathetic, and I’m sharp when reading people or the atmosphere. I’m also very friendly and open minded. AB- and yes this discrimination is spot on. I'm creative and a problem solver. I'm independent and if I don't get enough sleep I'm beginning to get forgetful now that I'm older.
Funny, a lot of people are commenting that they are type O but are shy, definitely not into social gatherings, etc.
I suspect pretty strongly that I am type O, and I can say the same thing - I MUCH prefer one on one interaction than large group gatherings.
So, a major flaw in this system? Or just a major cultural difference between Japan and other parts of the world?

O + and I can guarantee I'm not sociable or talkative or fun company at all... but for mosquitoes it's really different stories... I agree with what said here. During one camping trip it was like a swarm of mosquitoes hovering over my head while others are mostly getting occasional bits. It was scary!!

This was very inaccurate for me... I am O- type and have almost no friends, social anxiety, and stay at home most the time... I do like talking to others though but only if I know them already. Okay I’m just starting this video and have to object! I’m type A and have about 70 mosquito bites in me right now. My son in law is type O and has 4 mosquito bites at the moment! Also he isn’t nearly as social as I am! My daughter is type A and she does fit this profile so far!
