Aqua Aerobics - Twisted Noodle

  • This workout is designed to use in any aqua aerobics class, using a regular noodle twist and knotted to challenge the body.
    Giving guidance on where to hold or place the noodle this workout will work the upper body, lower body and the abdominals.

    Haylley Pittman, would you be able to supply me with the pages that I can print out the moves vs having to write them down myself? I was thinking I could print each move but having problems. Tks. Joy
