If you have problem dealing with Chip, I would suggest you learn about his skill because his skills are very tricky. If you know how his skills work, he just very easy to be defeated, at least those chipps at your level. About HC, if you can't get to him, I would suggest you just stay guard over there, or some where the closest you can get. Just wait, and they will get bored and get to you. If you keep trying to get close and get shot again and again, they just feel they are playing REAL game. Just let them get bored, 99% HC players can't stand it. And if they don't come, I think there is no meaning spending time playing with such boring guys. You know, we are just casual players, no one says we must get close to HC ourselves.
