Pot v Chipp is very different depending on who you're playing.
If you're playing Potemkin, it's an incredibly tense, sweaty game of patience trying and trying to find the opening in the hurricane of hits, knowing full well that sometimes you're just stuck and have very few answers.
If you're playing Chipp it's like a horror game where you know that, at any point in time, for any slight mistake, you are going to get jumpscare Bustered or lose 70% of your life to a single conversion.
Both parties will suffer a heart attack. The potemkin form a stress build-up, the Chipp from a jumpscare.

Game 1 was all aspects of Chipp. Get destroyed in 3 seconds round 1. Perfect round 2. Lose half your health from a stray hit conversion in round 3 only to come back and win. Fight like a tiger, health of a fly. Hit me, and I’ll die.

According to data aggregated on RatingUpdate, the Potemkin vs Chipp matchup is almost 50/50, even up to the highest levels. But you'd never guess that from watching any individual round of gameplay between them.

It’s an immovable object vs an unstoppable force. Which is which depends on the round and players. It’s so nice that even though 1 is a speed demon who’ll die if he sneezes too hard and needs combos to do anything or note, and the other is a 7 foot tall armored man of muscle who needs 3 hits to kill they’re both at equal chance of winning or loosing.

chip versus potemkin is funny because the two character (in game) i wuite the same joke. If one has still HP, he is still the ultimate life form and can still destroy you full HP.
I went 0-30 against Snake Eyez and damn are they so good at making you scared as all hell. I only got two rounds off out of the 30 games we played. 10/10 would get potbusted again.

From my experience with Chipp its is you either die or you rock there is noting in the middle. especially when playing against stuff like pot.
This is the only 5/5 matchup that feels like a 9/1 matchup when you're winning, and a 1/9 matchup when you're losing from either side lol

How tf did Potemkin get full tension from burst in the first round?????
That’s called a Gold Burst. If you burst while in neutral (meaning you’re not currently in a combo, blocking or getting up from the ground.) and it hits your opponent, you’ll get an entire bar of tension. It’s generally risky to do but they can be a useful strategy to do sometimes.

Pot also has faster burst meter charge so it's viable to use round start because it will be available again near the end of the round if needed.
