Excellent grabs Ed. I almost saw Zeppelin in 1975 at Boston Garden on the Graffiti Tour. The mayor cancelled the show and banned them for playing in Boston for five years because of a ticket sale mishap. The fans destroyed some of the Garden. I made up for it in 1977 when I saw them three times live. You were spot on regarding "Boogie with Stu". The late great Richie Valens family ended up suing Zeppelin even though the band gave credit to Richie for writing the original song "Ooh My Head". Quite a few people went after Zeppelin for money because they were so successful. >< I never saw that Zappa release. Is it good overall? Excellent grans once again Ed. Thanks for sharing them with us~ Rob/Boston
Hi Rob, I heard about that story. Wow! What a crazy thing to happen. Very cool you saw Zeppelin in 1977. I bet it was a great show. I always thought Zeppelin wrote those lyrics. Take Care!!
I love the acoustic Zeppelin songs as well. That's also what I like about Jethro Tull - the mix of acoustic and electric makes the record really dynamic.
Hope everything is ok, Edward. Superb pick ups! Thembi is an essential spiritual jazz album. FN is a great Zappa set. Excellent end to August my friend.
Hi Edward! Great stuff. Hissing of Summer Lawns is of course one of my all time favorites. I am hoping to find an original copy of Thembi one of these days. I've been looking out for it for years. I saw a nice copy at a record show earlier this year, but it was VERY expensive. Glad you enjoyed Funky Nothingness, and thanks for the shout-out. Cheers!
Hope this week is better for you, my friend! Glad to see you back. Some great picks in here. Can’t go wrong with Pharoah (and some of his stuff is WAY out there!). Funky Nothingness I just added a few weeks ago and love it.. and very accessible for new Frank Zappa fans. Cheers Edward!
Hi Edward!!! Cool finds and hope everything is ok now...... You're right about Zep's "master piece", most double suffers the excess songs disease, but not these one!! I'm not a Frank Zappa fan, but that seems to be a great one and killer addition to the collection. cheers and be well
Hey Edward I’m sorry you have been dealing with difficulties , when things get difficult in life or when you feel like more and more trials are piling up I remember my favorite scripture ( Philippians 4:4) “Rejoice in the Lord I say again rejoice”🤗 I need to get Physical Graffiti thanks for the reminder my friend. Enjoy you latest finds my friend, take care🤘🏻
Hang in there carnal✝️
Thanks DJ..

Hello Michael, Hissing of Summer Lawns is a classic. Jazzy originals are so pricey. Hopefully you will find a copy. Thanks for watching. Take Care!
The Ritchie Valens song is Oh My Head

Hello Craig, Thanks for the encouragement. Great passage. Take Care!
Cant go wrong with any Zep album. Kashmir is one of their best tunes. Joni Mitchel was so talented. You really got a great collection!
I agree, Zeppelin never made a bad album in my opinion. Thanks for watching. Have a great week.
