Hi Jodi, take your time, there is no hurry. When we do what's appropriate for our individual body condition, everything goes better. Since you can watch over and over, may I suggest you practice some earlier classes to tone the body and mind to be prepared for backbending. Step by step starting with standing poses, forward bending and twists will better prepare you. Namaste
