When I was a kid I had to do everything by trial and error. It would take hours and hours but in the end, it was so worth it knowing you did it by yourself.
I dont know whats more emotional for me, finally being able to rekindle my childhood through this or by the fact that he didnt save his game before encountering the pokemon...
The places and music in this are so nostalgic for me. I first played Pokemon during Ruby and Sapphire but nothing will ever replace my love for Sinnoh. The lore, ambience and pure awesomeness! I wish they remade Diamond & Pearl into the Switch soon because seeing Eterna Forest, Sky Pillar, Distortion World and Mount Coronet in full 3D would be spectacular!

Sidenote, This brings me back to the old days and now gives me a challenge to find and catch the legendaries I missed as a kid.

I remember going to the heart of Stark Mountain for the first timem as a 9 year old, with no idea what Heatran looked like or whether I would actually find it, same deal with Giratina, good times.
Pokémon Silver was my first Pokémon game, Diamond and Pearl were my last. These games bring me so many memories. I caught every single legendary, I made it my life. What I wouldn’t give to go back.
Pokémon Platinum was my first Pokémon game. Playing through this game was an unforgettable journey that I will not forget. The Max Repels, the insane amount of times I had to use Strength and Rock Smash, and let’s not forget the absolutely amazing storyline that me and my party of 6 ventured on. I’m so glad my birthday was one day before it’s European release. The memories it has given me are now, have been and will always be priceless.
Pokemon DPP are games I’ve played so so many times again and again, no matter how far behind iam, they’ll always be my favourite, a remake would be much appreciate Nintendo :)
Ahh the nostalgia ;). I remember I’d always be that kid to find the legendary Pokémon first lmao because in reality they aren’t hard to find if you just keep taking random paths honestly and that’s what I love! This game basically gives you a reward for thinking outside the box. I remember all my friends would gather and I’d have to try and teach them the same path lmao then we would all go to the health center and battle 1 vs 1’s with a Pokémon on the table(don’t sleep on me ya boy almost always won every battle) and whoever won got to keep theirs and win the other lmaooo. Then you had the Pokémon cards and you’d go home watch some Chowder etc then some Pokémon would come on and I remember when I first saw Darkrai (hopefully I spelled it right)and just fell in love! Amazing time of my life especially with super smash bros, guitar hero, super Mario bros, and Mario kart omg man... beautiful times and I’d always go outside and play for atleast 50% of my day then I had Hockey practice or a game and just fuck bro this video really makes me happy looking back at when times were so simple and just amazing! Now life is much more complex and honestly it’s just as amazing! Remember to keep taking different paths and always learn new things as eventually it will reward you with how your life will turn out trust me! Success isn’t hard it’s just different and difficult at first until you find the path that best suits you. It just takes time and dedication and a step forward until you realize... its actually possible and go down that beautiful journey towards becoming successful! Peace✌️
This was actually the first pokemon game where I knew what I had to do since I finally understood pokemon. In pokemon leaf green I literally killed half of the legendarys. Still miss my shiny gengar from pearl, he used to demolish everyone he faced
Omg childhood memories. That music combined with that story and gameplay......The years from 2006-2011 were the best for pokemon.Gen 4 was fucking perfect playing with my nintendo ds lite good old times. They will never come back just memories left.....
I can only imagine going through Turnback cave as a kid exploring then finding Giratina. Mustve been terrifying. My first game was White and stumbling upon Cobalion scared me xD.
as much as i disliked the gen 4 back then, it slowly grew on me and i have to honestly say, its legendary pokemon and mythical events all look really satisfying

This really takes me back..... where's my remake I want it now
Honestly, diamond and pearl have the most memorable and nostalgic legendary encounters!
Sinnoh wasn’t my first region, but I definitely enjoyed it the most
Pokémon Platinum was my first Pokémon game.
I want to play Pokemon Platinum but I don't have a DS
Regigiggas: I am your father
Regirock: Nooooooooooooo
That's impossible!!!!!!!
Ah yes, who doesnt like *regi* wars?
4:21 Regigigas bears a similarity to Cannonbolt from Ben 10.
Sinnoh is an Egyptian Region.
Woooosh
@Zorunima a joke doesnt have to be funny
@@harithdaniel4574 Actually, yes it does.

Speculation doesn't have to be accurate
Pokemon DPP are games I’ve played so so many times again and again, no matter how far behind iam, they’ll always be my favourite, a remake would be much appreciate Nintendo :)
Just listening to Gen 4’s music. Makes me think why Gen 4 has the best music. I’m glad Platinum was my first game.
0:53 never realized you could use strength to push a rock down stairs XD
Peace✌️
Every song and music is nostalgic😍
That horn thing when you encounter the legendary was so fitting, wish they could've added it to future games
