Thanks for your time and content. I guess our case here is pretty simple but we still have doubts on how to proceed. I am american and married a brazilian lady a few weeks ago. We are currently on the process of preparing our application. She and her 17 yo son are both living in US rn with me under the tourism visa status. Our doubt is, the application for both of them should be exactly the same? I mean one form application for each of them separately? Once again thanks for your time.

I had posted a question about what will happen if we have a baby after my interview at the consulate in Canada. You promised to upload a video about this, is this the video?
As far as I understood we can apply for a CRBA but we can not apply for the passport at the same time.
If the baby is already born at the moment of my interview and we have the birth certificate then will the baby have his visa as well?

If the baby has a US citizen parent at the time of birth, then the baby might be a US citizen and you need to do a CRBA. After CRBA you can apply for the baby's passport. Sorry if I forgot to make a video about this.
