My experience at the King of popcorn

- King of popcorn is a charity event hosted by Heal Los Angeles foundation. All donations from events and sales of merch go towards all the programs and events hosted by Heal Los Angeles foundation. Heal Los Angeles foundation is a foundation founded by John Muto, and Michael J Jackson jr.
The Heal Los Angeles foundation, have an annual event called thriller night hosted at the Havenhurst compound. Due to the filming of the biopic, Michael, Thriller nights was canceled, but king of popcorn came to fruition. 
This event was a first ever hosting of King of popcorn, but it was announced at the event, that there will be more King of popcorn events in the upcoming year, 2024.
What is King of popcorn? King of popcorn is an event hosted at the Havenhurst compound owned by the Jacksons, where you get to experience watching a movie at the compound lawn; an experience the Jackson got to do many times. (Story shared by Prince himself)
This year we were able to explore different areas of the house and got to see the house during the daytime. For the first time ever because thriller night is usually a night event. They offered live and djay music, food, beverages, candy, blankets, great seating and we ended the night with a goodie bag, all included in the initial donation.

How much were the tickets to attend?
Last year which was the first year, they were around $800 this year. They are having four events and they’re going for around $515. And if you’re in the United States, you’ll get a tax form.
