King of Popcorn: Exploring Michael Jackson's Off The Wall Era with Heal LA

- On June 22, 2024, the Heal Los Angeles Foundation (Heal LA) held its first K.O.P. (King of Popcorn) event of the year. Attendees made donations to gain exclusive access to the Jackson Family home, with the primary goal of raising awareness about Heal LA's mission. This foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of young people in the Greater Los Angeles area through various impactful programs aimed at uplifting and inspiring the next generation. The K.O.P. event this year boasted several new and exciting features compared to previous gatherings, and I am thrilled to share these updates and recount how the evening unfolded.
One of the evening's highlights was the screening of the Michael Jackson "Off The Wall" documentary, held on the grounds of the Jackson Family home in Encino, California. This film brought a nostalgic yet inspirational element to the event, celebrating the legendary artist's significant impact on music and culture. The documentary not only paid tribute to Michael Jackson's enduring legacy but also served as a motivational tool for the audience, encouraging them to chase their dreams with the same fervor and commitment that Michael Jackson demonstrated throughout his career.
The event successfully blended entertainment and philanthropy, creating a memorable experience for all who attended. That book from Michael Bush is officially out of print and the main place to purchase it now is at the MJ One store. Usually on August 29th Michael Bush is at the MJ One Store to sign those book.
