And do you think that learning Korean for at least 1 year is enough ? I’ve already been graduated from a bachelor degree in France, and I intend to apply for a master degree in Korea right after the language center
Hey thanks for your video! I'll also be attending KLEC at Sogang Uni for Summer/Fall and i'm intending to enter earlier (a month earlier) to settle down, and that means i'll have to extend my visa by then since the visa only last for the period of study. Do you have any experience or heard of any others how long can the visa be extended by i'm not intending to apply for another semester subsequently?
Hello) how would you review your Sogang practical experience? Is it as useful in conversation as they say? Do you think your grammar has improved a lot ? Thanks 🎉❤
I can highly recommend Sogang until Level 4.. We spoke a lot in class and my language skills of course improved a lot.. But you have to put effort in it, too and study vocabulary and practice a lot outside of school too. :)
Hello!☺️ I would love to learn Korean, because I want to visit Southkorea next year. Is there an app that you can recommend to me as a German? I hope you can give me an advice.😊 Greetings from Laura
Thank you this was very helpful! I was wondering whether your home country issued the D4 visa easily? As I am coming from the UK they have stopped issuing this type of visa at the moment but another option is to change to d4 in Korea after coming as a tourist which is allowed for British citizens but not sure if things have changed since covid. Any advice would be appreciated. Tia
Thank you for the feedback! ☺️ As I said in the video I can’t help about visa applications for every single country. It’s waaaay too different for everyone. But you can call the Korean embassy in the UK and ask them. Cause it’s not your country issuing a visa, but the Korean embassy. So they know best, which Visa is possible at the moment especially during covid 💪🏼 PS: if you can’t get a D4-Visa in your homecountry from the Korean embassy, you wont get one in South Korea as a tourist. So best way is to prepare that first. Visa is the most important part 🥲
Thank you so much for the information you have provided it's really helpful 🥰 Actually I'm confused because while i was checking the documents about the D-4 visa on the Korean embassy website at my home country i found out they were asking for 3000 dollar for the bank statement but the university were asking as you mentioned 10 thousand ... could you explain what's the difference between the two ? Thank you so much
You're just able to get 2 years of D4 visa, so that's the maximum. They just want to know, how long you plan to study korean at university here and how much you can afford :)
Hi, i had a question regarding what to do after the language course? Can I easily switch it over to a graduate course(master's) of my interest? (At the same University where i completed my korean language course)
I will learn Korean language here in India and want to go there and do some job whether it is in restaurant or any mall etc. Is it easy to get a job in korea?
Unfortunately its not easy at all and usually small jobs like this won't be supported by any Visa. Most importantly you need to do research about possible Visa-Types :) Good luck!
hi, in the application did Sogang ask for ARC number and place of stay in Korea? I was trying to enroll but they asked for info I don’t have yet and things I thought I’d have to apply after getting accepted by them
Sorry for the late reply, I just saw your comment. I hope you figured it out, but here still an answer if maybe someone has the same question: you can just ignore the ARC number in the application. Its just for the case if you're already in Korea. The place of stay can be an airbnb or a hotel, where you gonna stay in the beginning until you find something to stay on longterm. When you get the admission letter, things will go on really quickly, so you should be prepared for the first weeks in Korea already.
If I submit a 2-semester fee like 6 months before going to Korea ok After arriving in Korea I want to take 3 semesters also so can I extend my visa in Korea after 6 months
can i visit my country with d4 visa? I applied for 6 months and I'll extend my visa after 6 months but after t months I want to visit my family so is it possible?
@@BondhuCinemedia It's the same duration and the same content (also the same prize).. I am doing the offline course, so I dont know how effective it is.. I personally dont like online courses, cause I lose focus after two hours. But that depends on you of course^^
thanks for the tips! 💓💓do i send them my original high school diploma via post or the translated copy? and will i get it back once i finish the korean language program?
They need an apostilled and translated copy, not your original of course! An apostille is an officially approved copy of the highest level, so you should ask your translator or the officials about it. It’s unfortunately different in every country. I🙈
Can u please tell me that if I'm a kpop trainee can I use d4 visa? And also do I have to go through any interview for that? Please dear tell me cuz I've been selected for trainee!
The D4-Visa is just for Language-Trainees. Means you need to be enrolled in a Korean university to study Korean. I think for “talents” and “general trainees” there are other Visa types, but you should ask the agency you applied with for the trainee position. They should consult you on that
@@debipaul4466 It depends on the university you want to learn Korean at. Some are doing an interview, some don’t. Sogang university usually doesn’t make an interview I think, as long as you want to start in level 1
I got benefitted after watching you bcz I was planning to apply for language course but didn't know what really is it.. Thank you from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 😊
