@@randomgamer-st1ie I just did it with an APX pistol. A couple of quick photos, not sure why you are complaining about that aspect of it, the directions were pretty clear what photos they wanted. You should have read the fine print before you buy to make sure your specific model is covered, and screenshot it BEFORE you buy the gun. They clearly list all the models that apply to the rebate in the fine print. Just like insurance, warranties, etc., you can’t be lazy and not read the fine print like, presumably you did. If you did read it and they didn’t give you the rebate, complain like I describe below and Beretta will take care of you. It says 8-10 weeks to get your rebate, I filed a BBB complaint at 15 weeks (set an alarm on my phone) on the rebate company and complained to Beretta via a message on their website. Once I complained to Beretta, I got a quick message back and I got my check from the rebate company within a week. Rebates are a pain but if you do them correctly, even if you have issues, you’ll spend less than an hour total and get $50-$150. Not a bad deal. I think I spent 30 min total even with the issues I had. 30 min at $75 is $150 an hour. I don’t get paid that much when I work, so it was easily worth it.
I want to see this vs. the stribog. Actually, this is priced ok. 1200 is decent for a good gun. And its a Beretta which has history and reliability behind it.
I was surprised on the nice quality and it shoots very nice. After the rebate this will cost me 842.00 and the company I purchased from online does not charge my state sales tax. The A3 Tactical brace works well and great construction.

I’ve been considering ditching my CMMG banshee for a different PCC. My biggest issue, and it’s one that’s been well documented problem with the RDB line up, is the ejector spring wearing out. I’m having to change it out every 1000ish rounds. It’s cheap to fix but it’s annoying to fix. It’s been a great suppressor host once it’s tuned (A5 buffer, flat spring, hydraulic buffer) but I’ll trade that for a gun that doesn’t go through ejector springs. It’s been to CMMG twice and they said it’s normal.
I have been hearing a lot of issues about the cmmg. Wait till the brand loyals come after you like they did me when I tried to explain my terrible Bergara and my worthless galil ace. I have decided if talk radio or guntubers push a product hard it’s probably trash

Highly interested in this new Beretta being that my truck gun is a B&T GHM9 that I love... (working on a vid currently because of upgrades I've done) That being said, cheers to you (and the wife) for putting it through its paces that lets us know exactly what they (Beretta) are bringing to the table in a trustworthy manner.💯
Excellent review Mike! These look pretty cool! Especially since I already have a B&T GHM9C with a good bit of mags. I would assume the Beretta mags would also work in the GHM9. Wish these were sub $1K…I would bet they come down a bit when they become more available.
So the Extar EP9 for $499 is essentially the same thing only polymer,uses glock mags and is threaded. 3000+ through mine, no failures runs like a champ.
Yes and the lower, more notably the trigger, is a copy of the AR. The AR trigger wasnt designt for the force a blowback bolt puts on it. I doubt you shot 3k without breaking a trigger pin.
No cold hammer forged barrel which will last way longer, worse build quality, less accurate, Extar would never survive that NATO testing the PMX did (look up the details of the testing). I’m all for cheap guns, reliable for fun, but to compare the Extar to the PMX is laughable.
I'm still having a hard time finding a 9mm PCC cheaper and better value than the Ruger PC Charger espcially if you put a tandemkross upriser chassis on it (AR-15 stocks, grips and an AR-15 style mag release) and the ability to use Glock mags. Then again, I see Beretta in the title and my Italian roots say 🤌

Except this isn't really a Beretta. They just licensed someone else's design and made a few cosmetic tweaks to suit the customer. Sadly, this is the state of Beretta these days.
@@AdministrativeReload It's a large company, with many branches, but I wouldn't call it a "state". I wouldn't consider the APX A1 carry, and it feels like a Euro gun they offer here to fill a niche. Meanwhile, the 92X GTS is on my consider list, along with the PX4 compact carry or 92X Compact. Also, to my understanding, the Ultima shotgun and 1301 are best of breed right now. Just saying, I wouldn't judge the whole company by one bad dog, or repurposing a proven design.
@@Thabosshoss Your examples are not helping your argument. The 1301 is not even made by Beretta. It's a Benelli with Beretta logo stamped on it. The 92 series is a 50 year old design that they keep tweaking to try to claw it back from obsolescence. And the PX4 has already been dumped by many of the agencies that adopted it due to wear and magazine issues.

That accuracy was impressive, best I’ve seen, particularly with 115 grain ammunition. If you don’t own any Beretta firearms, I’d definitely recommend them, even the strange ones will surprise you.

I see where you used the B&T and Korean mags in the Beretta. Did you try Beretta mags in an APC9. What do you think of the overall quality of the Beretta mags compared to B&T mags? Edit: Well I bought one of the PMX mags for my APC9 to try out. Magazine quality seems much higher than the factory B&T mags and the KCI mags. Love the floorplate. I'm going to buy more. MrGNG, on an AR, what's the magnifier that you would recommend that allows the greatest eye relief and can be mounted the most rearward as possible? I've noticed, one's with shorter eye relief seemingly can be more head/kneck-location friendly because they can be mounted further back due to their design, and one's with longer eye relief cannot be mounted rearward as much as other models. I don't have the cash to try a bunch of models and my Holosun Titanium 3x model has me scrunching forward uncomfortably. I'm hoping you know what I mean. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I like it how this video just has comments for cheaper options, specifically the CZ Scorpions and Extars. Me personally i would take a pair of Master Arms' mac10 derivitives, but thats just me. PCCs are just good, a viable option when you live in a small residence

I saw A3 tactical makes a drop in brace and stock if you are form converting to an SBR... don't know about quality with them, never heard of them, only found one PMXs using an A3 brace and he did not have anything bad to say in his video... I have seen other older reviews of A3 brace wobbling but that was on a CZ scorpion.......

With the recoil my PMXs has in 9mm I wouldn’t get it in 10mm. Love it but it it is rather snappy.

I don't have a PCC yet. Its hard for me to drop $2000+ on a 9mm. But at that price, this is definitely worth considering.
I’d strongly recommend an MP5 clone (PTR or MKE). Around $1,000 nowadays, roller delayed blowback is awesome, so much better than straight blowback.
Cmmg banshee is the way to go these days.

Stribog SP9A3G is a much better gun for a similar price point, and has good aftermarket support.
Used Colt 6951 9mm ARs are about $750 used and are fantastic guns if you don't care about it being a rifle-length PCC.

I saw A3 tactical makes a drop in brace and stock if you are form converting to an SBR... don't know about quality with them, never heard of them, only found one PMXs using an A3 brace and he did not have anything bad to say in his video... I have seen other older reviews of A3 brace wobbling but that was on a CZ scorpion.......

@@Mrgunsngeargot the a3 tactical brace, went with the aluminum one, very solid lock up when deployed, no wobble even when folded feels as solid as the Sig Spear LT stock to me.
