I've been blessed to have perfect pitch (as told by my musician friends) yet my life is so busy that I don't have time to really focus in on learning the theory side of things. I got a recommendation for this video and am glad I did. Thank you for sharing your gift brother

Very well explained! I think it's very important to play each song in its key, so that you learn a lot more. I love songs with several changes of key, they're challenges. For me, playing along with the music I love has been what's helped me the most. At first, I could only improvise in each key with one finger, later, triads, later basses, later full chords. It's wonderful to play by ear. I don't even know the names of the chords, only shapes, but I can play almost anything while listening to it. If I don't figure which chord is, I play the arpeggio which sounds in my mind. Everything is possible in music, the only thing needed is to have fun with it. Sorry for the speach!

I do have a video on my channel titled “How I Improved My Technique” that would be great to watch. But to give you a start, work on scales, arpeggios, chords, broken chords, octave scales, and double thirds. For ear work on hearing intervals, chords, and then chord progressions…. Hope that helps!

Nice video. This is my first time here and i love this video. But i want to ask this please, what key is advisable to be pkahing from. Is it C or F. I've playing on F for awhile but at beginner level. I wish to develop my self so I'm kind of confused which key should i ready concentrate on. Can you out me through please because I could see that you play on C

You should concentrate on learning the foundation principles in every key. Learn the major scales and diatonic chords in every key. Then every concept you learn, try applying it to every key!
