- Happy new year fellas! In this episode, we are back with another one. Not a necessarily a DIY video, just trying something new for a change and bring you guys along the ride of a junk yard run.
I attempted to remove the motor basically the same way Mr. @YoungStatic usually removes his Honda/Acura engines from the junk yard, but failed on me lol. Check out the homies channel, he has VERY entertaining content!

BIG thanks to everyone for still sticking around... more to come hopefully this year! Авто/Мото
This is actually a good idea to find parts ,but man I really want 1997 eclipse gst
I would suggest you put a junk rear cushion under the engine it would reduce the chances of bending the oil pan and pickup tube. I typically just use the hoists at the yards, it makes it a little easier, but if they don't have them a cushion on the ground will definitely help cushion the fall.
Good deal since I haven't seen one In the junk yard only shells in 15 years
Nice find.
Indeed, it was!
I was surprised when my feed show a new video from you. Man miss the content because it’s very informational and entertaining. So thanks for this new content. I recently purchased an entire 98 GST. It has a ticking sound. I’m thinking it’s bent intake valves
Haha I know I been MIA for a bit. On that 98 gst, I would first check timing, then compression and if both of those check out fine... I would try some GSC lifters, the stock ones are notorious for ticking like crazy! Just make sure the noise is coming from the head and not the bottom end.
Good thing it wasn’t raining over there! I had a hell of a time getting parts this weekend during the sale out here lol
I believe you! We got a few hours window to get to work.... as soon as we loaded it up, it started to come down and hasn't spotted since 😵💫.
Keep making more content please just pick up the same model and specs
Dude nice to see ya back..
Thanks man! I know it's been a cool minute.
Hey man love your videos I’ve been watching them since I got my first dsm project just have a couple of questions if you could give me a message. I have a 95 eagle talon tsi awd with a 6 bolt head and 7 bolt block according to previous owner. I’ve done the cas sensor swap as well, car just cranks. Thank you
You make great videos, you should do a video on how to replace the CAS sensor and process and all the style ( Black, Green top) for for 6 bolts :)
Do you have any 2g parts for sale? I have 2 Eclipses and live near by as well.
Donde viven Compa
Lucky man.... I literally went to my local junk yard after seeing they received a 98 GST 3 days prior.... Some jerk off had already gutted everything lol
Dude clipped off all the lines... wiring harness... dented the hood etc... i was sooo pissed. I later caught him on Facebook Marketplace reselling some parts and the transmission as if it were from his own personal car.... "Transmission has low miles... shifts perfectly etc etc"... called him out on it and he ended up blocking me lol
Some people man...
Wow man, that's pretty low. But I'm not surprised honestly SMH.
